Glad I bought from them, good and fast service!

Comprei um credito no dia 12/03/2017 o boleto veio com vencimento para o dia 17/03/2017, paguei no dia 12/03/2017 pela internet e até hoje dia 18/03/2017 09:41 não efetuaram o pagamento do meu credito.

Não recebi os itens que comprei no dia 27 de Fevereiro de 2017 pelas 18:28h (artigo nº OKO17022802220MVJQ) no valor de $12,50 USD (€12,36 EUR). - ID da Transação: 9JS86973LK984082W A informação que davam era de que disponibilizavam os itens em 24h !

I purchased gold from them and I waited 12 hours then I contacted them and they told me that i need to give them 12 more hours so I did. 24 hours later I contact them again they say sorry and that they need another 12 hours and that there farmers are not even working on my server right now there focused on a different server and they just asked me if I wanted my money back I said yes. Never going through them again!

It is not the same company in 2016 anymore. might still be legit but never trust them on stock availability and delivery time. I contacted the agent for in game gold and she guarantee 4-6 hour delivery time. Made purchase swiftly and after 10 hours still no delivery. Contacted the agent and was told no stock have to wait another 12 hours. I cancelled the order and got my refund. The good thing about Okogames is they refund your money if they can't deliver as promised.

Order through them and order did not come for 8 days, when order came got flagged as gold seller merchant and lost all the money anyway. talk to customer service in online chat, said not there problem and won do anything about it. Would not buy from them, takes too long and they use bad game accounts to send gold that have been allready flagged as gold sellers.

so i must say that silva seems to be a lucky guy, 10 min. and delivered??? didn´t think so. i just waiting since i di my order at oko, around 12 hours and nothing got. and the support isn´t also avaiable at the moment, lol. they wrote support isn´t avaiable now, and that since around 12 hours. is there any support, ?? i guess no. grrrrr... if i could, i didn´t give them any star. :((

comprei dinheiro de um jogo e eles nao me entregaram, a atendente online disse que teria que esperar 24 horas pois minha badeira de cartao demoraria pra eles receber. ja passou 30 horas e nada... dai falei com ela denovo e ela disse que estava sem estoque de dinheiro do jogo!!! e o que eu tenho a ver com isso? se n tem estoque n faça venda! simplesmente fui roubado! e amnaha estou indo no pequenas causas!
