My daughter purchased a car from the Longwood location on June 29,2026. They told her she was approved with 2500.00 down. She drove off with car that day. On July 2 while at work they repo'd the car stating she was no longer approved due to her quitting her second job. They gave no notification no phone call nothing. She had her baby car seat in the car. Now they deducted $800.00 from the deposit for the repo fee. This is robbery. When they could have just called her and told her to bring the car back. I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

Worst place to buy a car I did not have my car not even a month was 2 days late on my Tag and title mind you this is not my car payment they turn around a repo the car then wants to charge me $285 tag and title and $500 repo plus car storage what a ripoff I did file a complaint with better business bureau and

Had my car for six months now first month they had to the car, back engine mount crack. Two months hasn't pass ,Now my fuel pump is gone warranty won't cover it.

Horrible not only do they charge 10k I’m interest on cars that aren’t even valued that plus the 20k that they charge for the vehicle. The warranty sucks. I just purchased a car a week ago and the vehicle has some many problems and they only approved 2 things to get fixed. Yet, you want me to pay all that money for a piece of garbage that your warranty doesn’t even want to cover.

My car been in a shop for over a month no answer I was calling them every day and no answer now they told me that it my fault it's has 100% warranty they didn't honor it .I always check my vehicle 3 time a week to make sure it has water,oil,or any leaks .

I bought the car from Okcarz. Hyundai Santa Fe sport 2 weeks later a code popped up where the engine had to be fixed. While at the dealership they called me and said both catalytic converters need to be replaced. Yoo I have not driven the car for 2 weeks. Screw them screw them. I worked hard to purchase this car so I can go to work and school but you guys screwed Me over. I swear I want to crash out and …..!

I have never experienced a horrible vehicle in my life. I put down $2000 on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata and already have had major problems with it. And I contacted the warranty dept and they are useless. Ok Cars will take your money and ignore you.
