First of all, I have to give kudos to the support team for their brilliant communication, professionalism and continuous help in navigating some issues with shipping due to the local courier. While it was not the fault of OkayJersey.com, but rather the local delivery service in my country, the support team helped me enormously first in identifying where the problem is, and then in re-shipping my order (since the original was sent back to the sender and was out of their control and mine). The support team was patient, and did everything in their power to help me! Many thanks for that, really appreciated!! The re-shipped order arrived fast, and the quality of the shirts and shorts looks great - especially for the prices they offer. I have tried them on, and they feel comfortable, with good, non-itchy, material that feels breathable. The printing of jersey numbers and patches is exceptional. I washed them in my washing machine - using a program for delicates/wool and **cold** temperature - and everything is intact. Overall, great quality, great business, and outstanding customer experience. I am impressed, and I am already preparing another order.

Absolutely brilliant support via the WhatsApp chat. I felt like they bent over backwards to help me navigate my order correctly. If the items are as good as there support or as they look (and all at a fraction of the price I normally pay), I'm going to be very happy and so will my kids. Well, honestly, I was skeptical but at the price I thought it had to be worth a punt, at least half expecting to be proven right in my scepticism. However, I was absolutely wrong! The shirt is remarkable! It looks and feels exactly like any that I might have walked into the club shop and picked off the rack...for £85! The ONLY issue is with the sizing but even that is something that I'll have to take responsibility for, there are numerous reviews on here advising purchasers to order a size bigger than they usually would, I just didn't listen and take heed. Delivery, from placing the order to it arriving, 10 days, no complaints with that! I'll be ordering again for sure.
