I ordered a Carson fireplace tv counsel through Walmart.com and didnt know it would be coming from OJ Commerce. They are not allowed to charge my card until the item has shipped. It was marked shipped two days after placing the order (Sept 20) and the money was removed from my account. It was marked to be delivered in three days (Sept 23). After those the 23rd came and the tracking number still showed that it was not picked up from OJ Commerce. After calling OJ Commerce I was told they created a shipping label but marked it as hold and it should be shipped that day. The following Monday (Sept 26) it still had not been shipped. I called OJ Commerce again. They said FedEx picked it up on the 23rd. After spending most of the day calling FedEx and OJ Commerce I finally told them to refund the money. 15 minuets after telling them that they ship it. I had already started looking for a tv counsel so I called them back and told them I already told them to refund the money, they are a week late shipping, and I spent all day on the phone trying to get them to do this in the first place and I no longer want any items from them if this is how they conduct business. I was told that I keep changing my mind and they are not going to do anything about it now. Update 1: After placing this review Ojcommerce tried to have it removed saying it was bought at Walmart. The product was shipped from Ojcommerce, I was billed by Ojcommerce, I dealt with Ojcommerce horrible customer service. Obviously the review was reinstated. Update 2: After make a complaint with the BBB I received an email to return the item. This was a week after all of the phone calls and emails. Now I am being told that I have to pay return shipping and there is a 30% restocking fee. After I told them I will not pay to return the item when Ojcommerce made the mistakes, I was told I could buy another of their products of equal or grater value and they would waive the restocking fee. They screwed me now they are trying to bribe me into buying another product that they will most likely screw me on also. Ojcommerce is a bunch of crooks!!!

I ordered a 10 inch thick memory foam mattress from OJ Commerce through Amazon. They sent an 8 inch thick mattress. I didn't notice until it was on the bed. It didn't look like 10 inches. Sure enough, the box said 8 inches. I contacted OJ Commerce and told them I would keep the mattress, just refund me the difference in price between the two. After sending them pictures of the mattress and box, they told me to pack it in it's original box and return it at my expense, plus I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee. Even though their policy says mattresses can't be returned. Ever try to get a memory foam mattress back in it's original box? Impossible. I asked again for a refund for the difference in price between what I ordered and what I got. They made the mistake. I should not have to pay for it. All I got were automated e-mails from them. The story is actually longer than this, but Amazon eventually paid me the difference so I would drop my claim. Not OJ Commerce. OJ Commerce is rated really high on Amazon. I tried to tell them to check BBB and other review sites, but nothing has changed.

Ordered 4 chairs and only received 1. I called and spoke to customer service representative and was told there was an error in the description. They wouldn't stand by what was advertised. They offered either a $10 refund (paid over $37) or return chair, which I couldn't as my son had it at college. I even called the CEO twice and left messages, but he never bothered to return my call. This is a horrible company to do business with.

I cannot stand this horrible company. :-( They sent the wrong color in 2 desk chairs, then made me pay to send them back and then had the NERVE to REFUSE the shipment!! I gave them the tracking number and everything they asked for!! Therefore, they made us pay to ship 2 HEAVY chairs back to them, THEN BACK TO US!!! We're bleeding $ dealing with OJ COMMERCE. These are tactics to AVOID RETURNS and they could care less about customer complaints or satisfaction. You can't even contact them directly. Only automated responses. BEWARE. WE ALL NEED TO STAND UP TO THIS. GET RID OF THESE GUYS!! Do not do any business or you will deeply regret it.

This place is horrible with customer service and accepting responsibility for lack of response and damaged products. I received a damaged cracked table, I contacted OJ Commerce the same day of delivery and sent them photos of the damaged. They gave me the run a round for over 6 weeks sent an incorrect replacement part and then after 7 weeks they asked me to return the table at my expense. My suggestion would be to pay a little more money and shop elsewhere, This company does not care about customer service or integrity. Go check them out on The BBB Better Business Bureau as well. This is not a trusted company!

When I received the package, we could see the box had been severely damaged and were expecting damaged item inside. So we opened the box and saw several damages. We closed the box and emailed them for a replacement of the whole item. We also noticed that the box was previously opened and then taped at the corners and the packaging foam material inside was crushed indicating someone had removed and repacked the item which means it was used and not new. But OJ Commerce sent a mail asking for pictures and we sent them. Then they sent an email that they will re-send the part that was in the picture. We thought we should check all the parts before they ship since we had not removed and checked other parts. And to our horror, we saw a cockroach running on the side wall of the box inside. So we sealed the package immediately and shot an email asking them to arrange a return before our brand new home gets infested with roaches. They sent an automated reply that we ll contact you. We sent few more emails but only got automated replies from them and then all of a sudden after 21 days they send an email with a tracking number for shipment of one part. When I replied confronting them about out previous emails, they sent a standard email saying we don't give refunds. Now I have a box with roaches sitting in my new home for which I will have to pay to get rid of and OJ Commerce is holding my money, I am planning to involve the health department of my county in this matter now.

I bought some stereo equipment from OJ Commerce, through Amazon, thinking that would protect me. How wrong I was! Before I bought the product I asked OJ Commerce a couple of questions (through Amazon) about specs, etc. They didn't respond but I found the information elsewhere, so went ahead and ordered. The product arrived - the box looked like it had been thrown off the truck a couple of times! I saw no point in wasting time setting up electronic equipment that had been treated like that, since at some point something was not going to work right. (It's rattling inside.) I requested a refund. 1. OJ Commerce refused to give a refund; they said they would only give an exchange. IF I provided photos of damage. 2. I sent photos of the damaged box, but OJ commerce demanded photos of visible damage! How can I photograph internal damage to an electronic item? OJ Commerce said I would have to pay a 30% "restocking" fee to get a refund. I asked for clarification of other fees and charges. Since I have notified them that the product appears to be damaged, I also asked that I get my full refund (less their 30%) if damage was found or claimed by them. (I don't want to be blamed for preexisting damage.) At this point OJ Commerce simply stopped responding. Bottom line: con artists. STAY AWAY. -------------- NOTE: If you are brave enough (or rich enough, or foolhardy enough) to deal with this company, get everything in writing before you order. Afterwards is too late. But there's no reason to believe they won't weasel out anyway.

This has been a horrible experience. I ordered a vanity desk for my wife. The item arrived damaged. Every corner was cracked. The legs were scratched. The piece that holds the mirror broken. I asked for a return label so I can ship it back for a refund. All I get are vague emails saying it will take time for them to process this. I also got an email saying if I want to return the item they will charge me a "30% restocking fee" and I have to pay for return shipping! So they send damaged goods and I have to pay roughly $50-$60 to return it?! I am still waiting for a return label and response from OJ Commerce while this broken piece of crap takes up space in my house.
