I ordered (2) 55'' Samsung HD SMART TVS for $99 each from Walmart. My money was taken off my card then 2 hours later I received a email from Walmart that my order was cancelled (Customer Changed Mind). Like everyone else OJ Commerce sent me the same email. Called Walmart (no help because they outsource) and they gave me OJ Commerce's #. Of course I was unable to reach someone. I WANT MY TVs

OJ Commerce refused to honor sale, cancelled order and lied to Walmart about the circumstances.
We had the same experience that Trina470, Bradley Smith, Eric and Ebony had with OJ Commerce on the Walmart website.
Just before leaving home to take advantage of a local retailer's (Best Buy) pricing on new televisions (we need 3), I decided to check Walmart's pricing when I found a great price on a similar set.
I ordered 2 and paid for them with a credit card. When I tried to order a 3rd, the order was cancelled due to "Out of Stock, This item no longer Available". Well I was disappointed, but, decided not to go to Best Buy since I already bought 2. I had to feed my child so I ended my online shopping at that time.
About an hour later, I again was online to find a 3rd TV to purchase when what should I find but the same TV on sale again!!! OMG I thought, it was not a typo, they are selling at this price so I ordered a 3rd and paid for it with a credit card again!!
To make a long story short, sometime overnight, I received multiple emails from OJ Commerce:
Dear __________,
OJ Commerce appreciates your business and realizes how disheartening it can be when something you want doesn't arrive in a timely fashion.
We regret to inform you that your order cannot be shipped. The item(s) listed below are now cancelled and we've processed a full refund.

Really?? Best Regards from the "OJCommerce Loyalty Team"??
What compounded this issue and added fuel to the fire was that they then lied to Walmart by informing Walmart the order was cancelled due to: "CustomerChangedMind".
A series of emails received from Walmart indicate the TVs were shipped and then that the orders were cancelled due to "CustomerChangedMind". I am guessing that OJ Commerce lied to Walmart in order to circumvent Walmart's Code of Conduct with respect to sales through their website.
Walmart clearly states that sales cannot be cancelled once placed, and, if a customer wishes to do so they must return the item after receiving it.
I checked the status of the payments/credits to my credit card and note that the payment were sent to Walmart by the credit card company and no credits have been issued. In the emails received from Walmart, it states that up to TWO billing cycles may pass before the credit shows up??
So, who exactly is holding on this these funds that we are without???
We intend to follow up on this issue with Walmart Customer Service, the Better Business Bureau and our State Attorney General Office (Consumer Affairs & Fraud Division).

Terrible company
OJ Commerce LLC offered tv online for reduced price after purchasing TV order was cancelled by OJ Commerce LLC and then was later sent reason stating CUSTOMER CHANGED MIND. Walmart should not associate themselves with retailers who can not commit to their advertised products and then later lie about the reason. I am dissatisfied that Walmart would associate with this retailer and I will not purchase anything else advertised by them ever again. I lost valuable opportunities purchasing items from dependable retailers because I was under the impression that this retailer would not break their contract with a customer. This has really set back my online holiday purchasing experience.

I purchased a TV from Walmart. OJ Commerce canceled my order and put "canceled at customers request". I did no such thing! Shouldn't Walmart back orders purchased from Walmart.com?

Real Company?
I'm beginning to have my doubts that this is even a real company and not just a scam to collect people's information. Shortly after I placed an order, I had the order cancelled, which Walmart seems to think was at 'the customer's request.' That's certainly not the case.

Samsung 40" TV
I purchased a Samsung 40" TV from Walmart.com for $99. Purchase went thru then received an email that ojcommerce cancelled my order stating I wouldn't receive my order in a timely manner. Not even giving me an option if I would still want the item if it couldn't be delivered by the date it was promised, they just cancelled the order. Then 3 hours later got an email that my item was shipped. I sent an email to the company with no response & still waiting for my refund. Very shady then found the TV again from a different seller & Walmart with an increased price of $217. Noticed the seller doesn't have anymore TV's on Walmarts site but do think that Walmart should honor the price it was advertised at.

But this company isn't telling me the real reason why my order was canceled. Was it because of Walmart glitch or OJCommerce? This order should have been granted.

Customer Service Lied - now seeking refund from amazon
Ordered product on Nov 5th for $98. It had a delivery estimate of Nov 15-18. After no shipping details were provided/updated on the amazon order page I contacted the company at 10:00am est on Nov 16th requesting a cancellation of the order (given they hadn't shipped it yet) because amazon now had the same product but fulfilled by them that would still arrive by the 18th that was now only $70. At 10:04am est I received an (seemingly automated) email from oj commerce saying they couldn't cancel my order because it had already been shipped and to click the (nonexistent) link below to track it. I then called their customer service number and was told that they had shipped it but had forgotten to put the tracking number in, so they would update the order for me and send the tracking number. According to Fedex, they then created the shipping label at 10:43am est (so much for already shipped) and it didn't actually leave their facility until 12:07am est on nov 17th arriving at the local fedex office at 4:33am. They SHOULD have cancelled my order as requested, or at the minimum realizing their screwup should have shipped it to me overnight. Instead I ordered the same desk from Walmart on the 17th and received it on the 19th (I needed it by this weekend). I am pursuing a refund through amazon, but have no problem furnishing these details to visa if necessary to get a refund from these crooks. I wish I had googled them and read the fine print (30% restocking fee? give me a break) before I ordered from them.
