Ordered a TV and they cancelled a few days later for no reason. Terrible customer service. Really don't trust this company.

Same happened with me: I ordered 2 Canon 80D cameras on Friday 25th Nov 2016, The cameras were in stock and my payment was processed. Got the confirmation email from Walmart that the order has been placed successfully and the shipment will be arriving between 2nd to 8th Dec. After few hours OJ Commerce cancelled my order on their own saying below: Dear ______, OJ Commerce appreciates your business and realizes how disheartening it can be when something you want doesn't arrive in a timely fashion. We regret to inform you that your order cannot be shipped. The item(s) listed below are now cancelled and we've processed a full refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Order # ________ Item Cancelled: 1) - CANON 1263C006 - EOS 80D Digita Camera with 18-135mm Lens Refund Amount: ________ Best Regards, OJCommerce Loyalty Team info @ OJCommerce.com ============================================================================================================== I wrote an email to Walmart and OJ Commerce got following reply from Walmart: Hi _________, Thank you so much for choosing us for your shopping experience. I'm so sorry to hear about this issue, trust me I know it can be frustrating. Unfortunately because your item was bought from a market place, I'm not available to assist you on this. But don't worry I would love to provide you with the number and email from the Market place. Yep same thing happened with me as the others. Walmart using OJCommerce on their MarketPlace. Tried without success to contact company. Walmart support says there is nothing they can do and tells me to contact OJCommerce. It's an endless loop of finger-pointing and no answers. Still no refund either.

Honor the prices that you had advertised. The transactions that were completed. If your going to cancel a transaction then tell us why, don't lie saying we requested a cancelation that we didn't request. Tell us the truth of what happened! Were you hacked? Was it a glitch? Where did our information go? Is our information safe? This feels like a super big information scam!

Add me to the list of people who fell for this Walmart TV scam on Black Friday. I thought I purchased 2 50 inch Samsung Smart TVs for $99 apiece. The money was deducted from my account and, at 4 a.m. I woke up to the same email that others have received. Ojcommerce cancelled my order saying they were "unable to ship" and giving absolutely no other reason. I did NOT cancel my order and I would have been more than happy to continue to wait for it, as it was just something I was buying for myself and not as a gift that needed to meet a deadline. I never buy things online and this is the first time I've ever bought something for Black Friday. I'm completely jaded to OJ Commerce, to Walmart and online shopping in general. This does not seem fair! I read all the fine print on both Walmart and the OJ Commerce website and it seems they have covered their butts completely to do whatever they want whenever they want. I, like everybody else, stopped shopping for a television once I purchase these therefore missing out on all of the rest of the Black Friday specials. Oh yeah, and I still have not received my refund. Absolute BS.

I also got scammed though Walmart on a TV . Pretty sure it is some sort of Identity scam. Spent 2 hours with Walmart.com customer service got no where!

Like everyone else I bought a TV from OJcommerce via Walmart. They lied to Walmart saying I cancelled the order. Waiting to see if my money actually is refunded. If they had stated in was a wrong listing or human error I would have had no problem, instead they lied. Typical scam behavior that has me deeply worried.

Like everyone else, I purchased the TV's online and later received email that my order had been canceled. Then received another email that order had shipped but tracking number provided was "refunded". I have NOT received a refund! Never knew ordering from Walmart could turn into such a shady deal! I will not order online from Walmart or anything associated with OJCommerce again.
