My wife and I also fell victim to the "deals" on walmart.com we purchased a camera that was $99 on the 25th of November only to recieve an email on November 27th saying our order was cancelled due to a pricing error. There has got to be something we can all do about this?! Someone should have to be responsible whether it be walmart or Oj commerce I could care less either way I just want the item I purchased for the price advertised!!

Being one of the many people who were scammed by Walmart and OJ Commerce, may I ask if anybody else has gotten email from Walmart stating "due to a technical error, incorrect prices were listed..."? And they apologize and offer a $25 gift card???

I order a product from walmart.com and did not know it was actually comming from oj commerce llc. My account was charged, order was processing, and then 2 days later my order was cancelled. Called this company about q5 times before someone actually answered the phone and I wasn't hung up on. As soon as I told the customer service rep my order number he starts naming reason after reason why my order was cancelled and said they reserve the right to cancel it. Really? They take your money, then cancel the order so you have to wait to get your money. It wasn't my fault they listed items for 99 dollars. Especially on black friday. This is the worst company by far to give your money to. Crap customer service.

I ordered a Little Tykes Bounce and Slide on Black Friday only to find out this morning they cancelled it citing price error. Called the company and they were rude and flat out refused to honor the price or give me the correct price so I could see if I still wanted to purchase the product. So much for good customer service. Will never order from them again or walmart online or in store . I should have stuck with toys r us. I would have had to pay more but I would have had my purchase instead I'm stick with hoping I can find one before christmas. Wal-mart claims they are not responsible but I believe they are some way responsible because they allow it to happen with no consequences to the seller for doing customers this way who are using their site thinking they are gonna get their stuff without all the hassle.

This company sucks. I ordered an item at Walmart for $99 on Black Friday. There was no problem with the order it went through and everything and then 2 days later I get an email from saying that my order has been cancelled because OJ Commerce made a mistake on the price. When I called the company they acted like they didn't care their attitude was like too bad this happens sometimes blah blah blah. No compensation offered not even a discount on the item I ordered. I feel since it was their pricing mistake they should honor the price that I ordered it at. Terrible customer service. Don't order from them and if you did and this happened to you file a complaint with the BBB. I just filed a complaint and it was all online it isn't hard at all. Tweet @oj_commerce

I too fell for this scam. Was charged on the 25th and got a cancellation notice last night the 27th. Now I missed out on all the other deals that weren't a scam. Totally bummed that Walmart is doing nothing to rectify this company scamming so many people. Wrote an email to ojcommerce with no reply. So basically I'm screwed because of this company and Walmart not honoring for the prices they had listed on their website. What a shame.

I too fell victim to this scam during BLACK FRIDAY shopping. Purchased a Little Tikes Jeep Toddler to Twin Bed for $99. Received confirmation number and email follow-up during BLACK FRIDAY sale. Received cancellation email on Sunday. I am so angry. Walmart claims no responsibility and I CANNOT reach anyone with OJCOMMERCE. Nor can I purchase the bed anywhere else at a decent price because the promos are no longer available. Deceptive practice and I feel WALMART is just as responsible since they will not honor or force OJCOMMERCE to honor the sale price. Will never shop WALMART again (online or brick and mortar) if this is not rectified!! Update: I spoke to OJCommerce and was told sorry but they don't have to honor the pricing error. Spoke with Walmart and was also told it is not their error to contact OJCommerce. I'm beyond mad. BAIT AND SWITCH!! Apologies mean nothing. WALMART needs to make this right!

Found a great deal through Walmart's website on Black Friday so I assumed it was a Black Friday special paid for it and everything then got an email today stating that they cancelled the order because they made a mistake I'm sorry but if you go into a store and there is a pricing mistake on something they have to honor it it should be the same thing for online it is not my problem or fault that you screwed up on your pricing
