I bought a Little Tikes Grill set for my 3 yr. old for Christmas in Oct. We had an early Christmas in Dec. The lid will not stay up and the legs keep falling off. When I tried to return it I was told it was past 30 days and they would not take it back. I asked them how anyone buys christmas from them?? they were very rude and would not let me return or exchange my item. I will never buy from this company again.

Oj commerce and Walmart burned so many people with your fake advertising of a $99.00 75" TV. I purchased 2 for my family. You didn't have any problem taking the money from my bank account but you sure had a problem sending me the products. I did hear that one person who ordered a 65" TV received theirs, I told them about the sale. Both companies are accountable.

I ordered dining room chairs. The were supposed to arrived before Thanksgiving and even with numerous attempts to confirm they were not delivered until Dec 2. When they arrived every chairs hardware packs had been opened and one was broken. I emailed pics of the damage but was told that I had to mail a copy of a law tag (like on a mattress). I took a picture and emailed it but was told that I had to send it back in 7 days or they would close the order without replacing the item. I called their customer service number and was unable to speak to a manager. their customer service is beyond awful. Save yourself hassel and heartache don't order anything from them or walmart.com

I ordered Evenflo Symphony LX All-in-1 Convertible Car Seat, Kronus Sold by OJ Commerce LLC and they canceled my order. I have been waiting for it to arrive and it never did. It says my order was canceled and I never canceled it.

We were told by Amazon that we cancelled within the time period before the item shipped and yet we were charged $50 plus dollars to restock item! Not happy!

Stay away from ordering from this company unless you are sure you won't need to return the item. The item was $55. It cost $15 to return it and it was returned with the tags on and in the original packing and they charged me a 30% restocking fee. So basically, I received ~$25 from the return. My advise is to STAY AWAY from this company!

Dishonest company who scammed everyone on black Friday. This company has yet to response. I purchased a Samsung 40" TV for 99.99. They changed my order saying customer changed mind!! Then Walmart tells me it's a 3rd party vendor and there is nothing they can do. I missed out on so many other deals because i was sure after receiving my confirmation and see the money deducted from my account that I had a TV coming. I even received a email saying it shipped only to see that it never shipped and they refunded my order. Very displeased and definitely leaves a distaste for this company. I too fell victim to the $99 Black Friday scam on Walmart. I paid $99 for a dollhouse and got the dreaded email saying it was a price error. Unreal that this happened to so many people on so many different items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
