Bought from this seller on amazon. They have NO customer service & totally ridiculous restocking fee & buy pays to return!! When all said and done with the return process you are left with $0!!!

I recently ordered a TV stand from them and as I was putting it together I realized what a piece of junk this was then I cam to the main shelf and it had a large crack all the way through it. At this point I decided that I no longer wanted this product. I took it all apart and repackaged it exactly how I received it. I requested a return authorization at least 12X and each time I received a form letter stating they don't accept returns and that they would send out replacement parts. I told them I was unsatisfied with this product and all I kept getting was a form letter stating to tell them the parts that need to be replaced. One letter stated that there was a 30% restocking fee and I had to pay to ship it back. BEWARE as they have no customer service!!!!

I wasnt able to pick 0 for a star that would be much better suited for this company! NO customer service & totally ridiculous restocking fee & i got slammed through Walmart.com

We ordered a Cabrini Floating wall TV panel. The item never arrived and they have not refunded our money. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I am in contact with an attorney since this is evidently the way that they do business. They basically committed fraud and/or possibly theft.

READ THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE.................................................................................................................... If possible I would have put "0" stars. I ordered end table and they didn't match my coffee table at all. I was going to return them until I looked at their RIDICULOUS RETURN POLICY. I which I had taken the time to read other comments before ordering because it looks like I am not the only one that thinks this way. WOW...... Walmart. Can't believe you allow this company to have anything to do with you name. Walmart has a wonderful return policy and therefore I order a lot from them but I will be very careful from now now. Very surprising you even ask customers for their opinion.

I would give this company 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered bar stools from them, which were very nice, but not the color we wanted. I returned them to exchange for a different color. This crappy company billed be for both sets and refuse to acknowledge the return. I have filed a fraud claim against them. They are just a broker. The stools I ordered are very good quality and come from a reputable company. Their problem is they deal with OJ Commerce , which is a terrible company. Wish I had looked at their BBB rating before I got involved with them.

I tried ordering some furniture from OJ Commerce. They happily took my money, then I had no contact from them for over a month. After my "estimated delivery date" came and went, I called them. They were pleasant enough on the phone and apologized for the delayed shipment, told me the items were in stock and would ship them out within the next few days, but asked if I'd like to cancel the order. I told them no, I really want and need this furniture as I just moved and am living out of boxes. Two days later I got an email saying they canceled the order "per customer request" and were refunding me the money (to a now non-existent bank account). All attempts at communication on my end have since been ignored by OJ Commerce. Now I don't know how to even collect my money from this refund, as my old bank is over 900 miles away and requires me to verify in person any fund transfers since I no longer have accounts there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
