Bought product on Amazon and OJ commerce was the vendor. OJ put the product on Amazon at a really low price so we bought it. Well OJ cancelled the order because they priced it to low. Not my problem. They lied at first and told me they weren't allowed to sell the product and I asked them then why did u list the same product today for a higher price. Of course they didn't know what to say. I told them they cancelled my order because I bought it at to low of a price and they said actually that is why it was cancelled. Don't list stuff for a price u can't sell it for then. They hung up on me when I told them I will put a bad review of then every place I can.

There are so many great, credible and appreciative sellers out there where customer is truly respected. I have received damaged products and the worst, most rude and unprofessional customer service. Please think twice before placing any order with OJ Commerce. The worst experience ever. They don't deserve even a one star.

We ordered a desk online from Walmart on January 3, and OJ Commerce was the "partner" who would be fulfilling the order. First of all, they said the delivery window was between January 19 and January 25, which is ridiculous, but ok. By January 23, the order status on their website still said "processing" and not "shipped," which was alarming, so I emailed them to see what was going on. When they emailed me back the next day, they said I wasn't going to be getting the desk, and did I want to wait until late February for it? Um, no. I asked for my money back. They sent me an email saying they would do that. Then this morning, they sent me an email saying they were not going to do that. If I wanted my money, I could get it from Walmart. Luckily, Walmart did refund my money, but had I read all of these reviews about this company prior to ordering the desk from them, I would have never done it. Walmart is doing themselves no favors by partnering with scam artists. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I ordered 4 blinds from this company through Amazon on January 2, 2017. They only sent me 3 blinds. I contacted them immediately, even sending a photo of the shipping box that would only hold 3 blinds and asked for the remainder of my order to be shipped. It is now 2 weeks later, and they are still giving me the run-around! They asked me to provide an "image" of my missing blind!!! What?!? They just keep sending the same email saying, "we are sorry, but there are several steps to resolving this matter." There sure wasn't several steps in taking my money! I can't believe Amazon lets this crooked company sell on their website!!! Buyer beware!

Worst experience ever. You don't even stick with your own rules of returns. I have been waiting for this item since 12/19 finally on 12/27 (after your mess up) the item was shipped. Than by your request it was returned to you on 01/09. I was told items would be returned (by your request) in 2 business days. I was told and e-mail was send on 01/05 and 01/06 which is 1 business (24 hours). I contacted you on 01/09 (within 48 hours, 2nd business day) and was told (in the AM) that the items was being returned to you, per your request. You did not provide the allotted time frame for me to contact you. Out of my $422.00 order, I received $170.00 refund because I am paying for shipping and re-stocking on an item I did not return. Your manager "John" (who refused to give his last name) told me there is no one else to speak regarding this. I guess John has the final word, because he was done with our phone conversation and terminated it. I want my full refund because I did not request a cancellation or return and contacted you with your 2 business day (48 hours) policy.

Worst customer service ever! I ordered 10 desks to set up an office and after they lead me to believe the desks would arrive, after futile attempts at communication, after 3 weeks I finally got to speak to someone. I was told the desks are not available and on back order. Would have been great if they actually told me this weeks ago instead of leading me to believe they were going to send the product. Very unreliable and unprofessional! Now I am opening an office without desks tomorrow. Also, I found out after this debacle that they have a 91% negative rating on the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware!

Apparently they are a third party seller on Walmart.com. They charge a 30% restock fee for returns and you are responsible for shipping back to them. The dresser I purchased weighs so much I would be paying them in the end to take it back. Terrible customer service. Refused to wave restock fee.

Customer service is a misnomer here. The representative was rude and provided no solution to the issue of OJ Commerce's error in shipping an item that had been cancelled while status showed that the order had not been processed. They would only accept a return if I paid return shipping and they deducted a 30% re-stocking fee from the price refund. The re-stocking fee "policy" was disclosed ONLY upon a request to return the item. I don't understand why Amazon continues to allow this company to sell through their market.
