Stay far far away!!! They messed up a price on an item and sent me the wrong order. They would not honor the price on the order I paid for and would only email a return label. I emailed them several times, but they would not make it right. No one should have to deal with this. Not a stand up company!!!

BEWARE - Worst Seller on Amazon. They would get a 2 minus stars from me. I ordered a garbage disposal through Amazon, but cancelled the order before it was shipped. In spite of getting a confirmation of the order being cancelled they shipped the unit to me and said that they would charge me 30% restocking fee and also I would like me to pay for the return shipping. My negative comment on Amazon has mysteriously disappeared, and now I know since I read others have experienced the same. The customer service manager - Jasmine is rude and unprofessional. They do not honor their own policies!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased an Eleanor stand mirror through walmart.com on 12/17/2016. The mirror arrived on 12/29/2016 and it was beautiful. The problem was that the hardware package was missing. On 12/30/16, I contacted OJ Commerce online and requested the hardware package, advising that it was missing. Within a couple days, they asked me to send photos of the missing parts. Really?...and I responded with just that. Eventually, I called OJC and they said they would send the hardware. Weeks later, I never received the hardware but I received an email advising that they would close my inquiry for failure to respond. I called OJC again and the associate reopened my case and said he was forwarding it directly to the warehouse with a note and I should be receiving the hardware shortly. Fast forward to March 2017 - no hardware. I called walmart.com and was told that they would contact the seller and request a refund. I never received a refund or a response from OJC. Today, I contacted walmart.com and they refunded my money. It has taken almost 4 months to resolve this. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING IF OJ COMMERCE IS THE SELLER. I WILL ALSO BE TELLING EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN ABOUT THE THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Ordered a TV stand, and it was assembled. The quality of the stand was very poor just terrible. It wouldn't even stay together. In trying to return it, I was informed it would be a 30% restocking fee and paid shipping. Between the shipping and restocking fee there wouldn't be much of a return, I will not order from this company and don't recommend it to anyone.

They list out of stock items on Amazon. After waiting a week for them to ship my order; they canceled on me. I could have ordered from another seller and now the other seller is out of stock!! I even contacted this company and was told that it would be shipped . This was a gift! i am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Not to mention I left a negative feedback for them under their sellers account and they asked Amazon to remove it . I also read other comments stating that their negative reviews were deleted. So, be leary of this company and their feedback. There is no telling how many negatives they actually received that was removed by Amazon.

I bought a cedar chest from OJ Commerce on Amazon. It had apparently been dropped so when it arrived and I unpacked it, all the pieces were damaged. When I tried to return it, I was told that I could pay for a return but they would not pay for it nor would they do anything but replace parts. They wanted pictures even when I repeatedly told them I had already repacked it for shipping. All the parts have not been replaced so now all I have is a partially broken cedar chest. I have been waiting for a resolution since I first asked for help in resolving this issue. Amazon has also been of no help!!! I would never work with this group again!!!!

Bought a christmas tree for over $400 - in oct 2016 - by the time we got the tree up after thanksgiving lights went out after two days...too bad no service no refund NOTHING from this company as they have 30 days warranty only. No customer service only rude emails. Shame on you!

I ordered two bookcases on Amazon from this seller. One bookcase came broken. I asked for them to have Fed Ex or UPS pick up the broken bookcase and send me a new one and they are refusing! They want me to open the box and start sifting through the broken pieces and find the part numbers so they can see about replacing each part. I am handicapped and can't open this heavy box. I have ordered a service to put this bookcase together for me, but they will not come out to open the box and look at the broken pieces. I HATE OJCOMMERCE!!!!!!! I spoke with them on the phone and they refused to let me talk with a manager. They will not send out a new bookcase. They will not pay for shipping the broken bookcase back. They will charge a 30% restocking fee of the broken bookcase. This is so amazing that we can have such a horrible, horrible company selling to us. I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
