If I could give them 0 stars I would. I tried to cancel my order less than 12 hours after placing it. Was sent an email stating it couldn't be canceled because it had been shipped. I was not provided with any tracking information. I called four days later to find out that it actually still has not been shipped and they still won't cancel my order. I've been hung up on four times and receive multiple emails stating my order has been shipped so it can't be canceled. This place is a scam!

A rug (9x12') that I found on Walmart website and purchased on May 7. Price was 127.00. The company sent a 2x8' runner that arrived 3 weeks later. Called company, shipped rug back and requested refund. Contacted a week later (5/31) about status of refund. Earlier in the day a second rug had come. On that day I called (5/31) I later noted my bank acct showed a 549.00 debit paid to a Paypal account bbrown04 processed on 6/1. I believe someone in this company accessed my walmart.com acct info and hacked my bank account. As others have posted do not trust walmart.com and this company as a 3rd party supplier.

Bad company! Poor quality! Customer service is absolutely pathetic! Ordered a silk plant online. The item they shipped did not meet my expectations. I emailed customer service to request a simple return. I got Yoel as the company representative for customer service. What an inept employee. He asked for pictures of my shipping label, the box and the plant. Don't they have a better order tracking system than that??? I finally got my return "approved" but was told I had to pay a 30% restocking fee to return my item. SUCH A POORLY RUN COMPANY!!!!

This seller is nothing but headaches and endless e-mails. I purchased a media console from OJCommerce. It arrived damaged. I notified the company. Jumped through every hoop and obstacle they put in front of me, too include photos of the damaged item and shipping box, a description of the damage. I was only met with endless emails explaining they needed part numbers for the parts that were missing. I've tried to call many times during business hours but have only been able to speak with a person once. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!

the item I received was out of spec and not finished per the sales picture. they want to accuse me of being remorseful when the product was not as described. then by the time you fulfill all their refund requirements, you won't realize much if any refund. their product is poor quality. their qc dept lacking. their customer service serves their interest only. buyer beware.

I ordered a lamp from Ojcommerce. They sent me a huge wooden bench. I wrote and told them and they had me take pictures of this huge box, asking, "Are you sure it's not a lamp?" I was then required to repackage this 6 foot by 2-foot box and place it in front of my entry way for pick up. I informed Ojcommerce the box was ready. Four days later I emailed them and asked for help getting it picked up. No reply. 6 Days later and I have to call FedEx to have this fire hazard removed from my entry way. I file a claim with Amazon for help with a refund. Amazon replies that once Ojcommerce receives the return, I will receive a refund. Ojcommerce receives the return. Ojcommerce then says I need to return the item they shipped me, even though I have delivery confirmation they received the item. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Avoid buying from them at all costs.

Ordered a replacement cover for a dog bed on April 25 with an expected delivery date of May 3rd. It didn't arrive. Spoke to Jasmine who said she would call me back with a response. She didn't call back. Got notice of a new delivery date of May 12th. It didn't arrive. This company should not be selling through Amazon.

In the shipment of desks five out of the nine total ordered were damaged. We contacted the seller to just get a refund for the damaged desks. They would not provide a refund and instead shipped out replacements. When the replacements arrived they were damaged as well. They refunded but deducted for shipping and restocking. Deducting for shipping and restocking of damaged product is ridiculous.
