Worst experience I've ever had trying to cancel an order. Made a purchase on Walmart.com through Ojcommerce, and in spite of attempting to cancel order myself (which the website did not allow) on same day of purchase, they shipped the items to me anyway! Walmart.com did their best also to reach out to Oj Commerce, and they still disregarded the cancellation! When they ignored all requests to cancel, I phoned Fedex hotline to schedule pickup to return to sender, and they informed me that OJ Commerce told them not to return the items. Fedex informed me also that I would have to pay approximately $500.00 to ship them back without OJ Commerce providing their shipping account number. I phoned Walmart credit card company, and they put the $292.00 that was charged to my card in dispute. Then I again called Walmart.com and they agreed to remove the charge from my account after I explained all my efforts, and days involved in trying to cancel, as well as return these items. When I asked what I should do with these boxes, they said I could keep them or dispose of them. I would never purchase any item coming from OJ Commerce again!! Total shopping nightmare!

Very sorry to find myself having to agree with others regarding OJCommerce one-star bad reviews. I would never again purchase anything from them or recommend them to anyone. In my case, they misrepresent the appearance of the merchandise on their website. I was literally shocked to see that the color of the item they shipped to me was completely different than what they displayed on their website. I wrote detailed letters and sent photo evidence to them, and spoke with their customer service over the phone. Only one customer service individual did her best to help resolve the issue, but to no avail. Their management ignored the facts of my letter and evidence. I was forced to take-up the issue with the corporate company where they place their advertisements, and thankfully they resolved the problem. If you ever decide to purchase anything from this company, first write to them about your item and get a written confirmation that what they ship to you will be exactly as displayed on their webside and of the quality they state. And in writing, make sure they will take back the item and give a "full refund" with absolutely "no restocking penalties" and provide you with a "prepaid shipping label" on the returned merchandise. Otherwise, THINK TWICE about making the puchase

I had recently purchased a bed frame from the south shore company from walmart as well as a headboard through OJCOMMERCE. I received the bed frame one day before the headboard and was displeased to find out that the wooden pieces were cracked and broken. I brought the pieces back to my local Walmart and got my money back. The next day my headboard came in and since I returned the bed that matched the headboard, I had no use for this headboard. I called OJCOMMERCE and told them I wanted to return. A few days later when I went to a post store, I was told that to ship the headboard back would be the same price it was that I paid for the actual piece! And to top it off, OJCOMMERCE takes 30% out of the amount you receive from a return so I would be losing even more money!! Unless you are 100% sure you are going to LOVE the item, I would NOT recommend buying through this seller!

OJ Commerce is an awful company to purchase from. Ordered an outdoor patio set, that looked fairly nice. Took over a month to deliver. Tried to contact them and they were no help what so ever. So not only was I upset about my purchase not being delivered I found out that they added on restocking and cancellation fees that were outrageous, $600. Worthless people. Never purchase from them.

DO NOT order from this company unless you are absolutely sure you won't be returning a product. I bought a $175 piece of furniture from WalMart and this company was the "marketplace company" that processed and sent the product. When I tried to return it because I didn't like the product, I had to foot the bill for return shipping (over $80!!) AND pay a 30% restocking fee (over $50). That means my "refund" would have been $40 for something I spent over FOUR TIMES that much on, AND I had to haul this 50 lb box to the shipping center myself. Plus it's impossible to contact the company and when you do it's by email in broken sentences and unclear instructions. I WILL NEVER buy from this company again. Terrible experience. Run the other way.

Ordered an item, they refused to send me all the parts. Amazon gave me a $15 credit for $30 worth of missing parts, useless.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING! I purchased 6 chairs, one of which was broken. The shipping box was not damaged, which tells me that the chair was broken when it was packaged! I contacted the seller, they kept sending me emails stating they needed "additional information", but only two emails actually stated what they needed, which was photos of the broken chair. I sent pictures twice, then I received an email stating that because I did not respond, they were closing the ticket! REALLY? I responded to them with 5 emails! I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought, I NEVER would have purchased anything from them! Never have I dealt with a company so terrible! I could not imagine owning a company and treating their customers like this! I am now working with Amazon on this issue, and I will be calling the company directly! All I want is 1 unbroken chair...I don't think that is too much to ask for! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've been sending numerous to this company regarding damaged products I received. I attached pictures of items while packaged before they were opened and after... Still nothing but run around and now Im being told it will cost me due to their mistake... Really??? I'm not paying to ship, restock or repurchasing due to something I have no control over... Amazon should be ashamed to be a part of this.
