OjcommerceReviews of ojcommerce.com

I began to order Z-Lites on Amazon.com. The seller was ojcommerce. After I entered the 5 items and began looking for accessories I needed for the fixtures, LED bulbs, Dimmers for LED fixtures, the price changed for the fixtures. Upped the pricing. I promptly removed the items from the Amazon order entry form. It fact, I cancelled everything. The next evening, I started a new order from Amazon. Again, I not only had a lower price than the day before from the same vendor, ojcommerce, the same thing happened. But, this time the price changed to values closer to what other vendors were selling the same merchandise. I again canceled out the items. When I think of "oj", I think of O.J. Simpson. Could be the same fellow, scamming the public. Stay away from ojcommerce.com. I believe Amazon should ban the person(s) behind this scam from doing business through them. I really rate them as NO Star.

I ordered a bed from them on amazon $580ish they cancelled my order the next day so they could raise the price to $813!!!!!!!!!!! VILE PEOPLE

The lady I spoke with told me false information about my very expensive cheap pressed partical board 7 piece bedroom set that didnt include my mattress as the employee of this business informed me. She was rude and hung up on me & then refused to tell me anything about delivery except that it would be to my home between the 14th of Dec_19th of Dec 2017. Then they left my stuff outside of my house in the snow in the middle of my drive way & didnt notify me of my items delivery considering it was 5 days earlier than they told me. The earliest date of delivery was Dec 14,2017. They then tried to charge me another $120.00 for the mattress that was suppose to be included in my $900.00 set which I was later informed was not included. I was hung up on by this lady who works at this business.. This is non sense I will never purchase anything from this place ever again.

Rip Off and false advertising. Seller claims this is "lightweight fine bone china" but in reality it weighs almost the same as heavy Ikea ceramic with only a 5% difference. And customer service is against its customers. They argued and argued for weeks to try to avoid any fees for returns and finally force the customer to not only pay all the return shipping but then add a penalty of 20% "restocking fee" to really screw the customer. They have been a rip off from the ad to the correspondence to the return policy. Steer clear! There are much better suppliers and products out there.

Cancelled an order one minute after placing it. They ignored my email. A day later they responded saying they were shipping now. I replied again saying for the 2nd time I do not want the item. They said it was too late and charged me shipping and a 20% restocking fee. This even after I provided screenshots of the emails I sent cancelling the order a minute later when they tried telling me I didn't cancel until 24 hrs later.

Do not purchase. They took the order, collected money, did not deliver!!! 3-wks later they cancelled, response was too bad we ran out??? Very poor customer service and not to be trusted.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Don't buy anything from them! I made a mistake of buying an item from them and couldn't neither return it nor exchange it without paying 30% restocking fee. This information wasn't disclosed to me upfront. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not willing to work with buyers whatsoever!

Do NOT buy from walmart.com if it involves this company. They sent me 2 desk with no hardware to put them together and both desk had huge holes in them. When I called to see if they could send me replacements they told me they were backordered for 4 months!! So I obviously had to order new desks because my employees had no where to sit. Now they won't take back their damaged goods without charging me a 20% restocking fee and shipping for two desks that weigh over 100 pounds.
