This company is a fraud. I strongly suggest Amazon refuse any of their products. Refused return and closed ticket after stating a 20% restock fee of all things. And this as on a bamboo room divider piece of trash.

TERRIBLE Terrible customer service! Do not buy through them!!!

We purchased an ottoman. Description was nothing like what we received. Wasn't a light blue and was 2 inches higher than description. So, it was higher than our couch. Overstuffed. They wanted a 20% restocking fee and would not pay for shipping. Shipping thru (usps, UPS, or Fedex) was $200.00. Kept the item and told Ojcommerce about situation......they basically said, "That's how we do things" Do yourself a favor and don't purchase thru this company.......

Terrible customer service. My husband accidentally bought 2 of an item and upon trying to return the extra (in unopened boxes) - I found out that they keep a 20% restocking fee and I had to ship the boxes back paying out of pocket. I also had to call them for over a month in order to ensure they issued the return...

I ordered a microwave from Walmart.com, so I could return it to Walmart if it did not fit. When it came it was too big and I hauled it over to walmart, only to be told it was really from ojcommerce. And to call this number. So sorry this happens frequently, from the customer service representative. Only to find out I have to pay $80 for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee!!!! I will be more careful when ordering anything! This is a horrible case of bait and switch!!

This Company is a rip-off, please be aware i purchased a car seat the straps are too tight, my wife and I loosened the straps and still tight. Called the customer service they wanted to take pictures of my child in the seat to make sure we are telling the truth. Funny thing is we were not asking for a refund all we wanted if they could send us extensions for the straps. The supervisor said that it did not defect and that there is nothing he could do. Please be aware they are no good

They are the worst & rudest company ever. Don't buy anything they are selling on Amazon. They sold me a damaged package. A dresser. And I put it together anyway and now the drawers are falling apart. Their solution is to go but new shipping materials and pay shipping to only receive a partial refund. They are horrible

Ordered a dining room table to match my dining chairs. The discription was very misleading because they had the exact chairs I have with the picture of the table that comes with it. Now in returning the table because of the different color variation, they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Their customer service people are extremely rude and could care less when you call to explain the reason you are returning. Do NOT waste your money with this company!!
