If you are thinking of buying an item from OJCommerce do yourself a favor & dont do it! Terrible company & customer service. They sent me a cat condo in the wrong colored ordered & it was damaged. They refused to send an accurate color ordered undamaged or accept a return. Instead they offered me a 15% discount to keep as is, which i didnt accept & they didnt care. They offered no other resolution. Supervisor nor manager would speak with me & I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in the end. This was purchased through Walmart & OJCommerce was the seller. Walmart would not help & said I had to deal with the seller. OJCOMMERCE also has ALOT of complaints with BBB you should look into them & be aware.

OJ Commerce sold me faulty furniture. They refused to even discuss the condition, problems, or defects of the purchase. They refused to discuss an exchange, return, or replacement parts. Avoid them at all costs. I quietly told them I would do so in the future and they acted as if this type of reaction is common. This company should go away as it does not provide a service of value.

I purchased a bathroom vanity from OJ Commerce via their amazon store. It arrived fine and was installed without issue. A month later the wood began to crack on both sides. They referred me back to the manufacturer and then the manufacturer told me Oj would handle it. Months have gone by and they refuse to honor the warranty or replace it. I am out a $900 vanity.

Absolutelly the worst seller. I bought the item (vent hood) form the OJ. Upon arrival my contractor suggested that some measurements didn't add up ( not transperent on the site) .I requested the return and had been slapped with the 20% restocking fee which $106.00 . Not a single time I was able to communicate to the rep before the return (got hanged up) It is absolutelly wrong to charge restocking on the item that never been installed even removed from the box.

BEWARE. Unscrupulous company. Shame on you. Don’t deliver and still try to charge you.

Purchased a radio as a Christmas gift through Amazon. Item defective. Extremely difficult to get item returned. They are stalling until 30 day return policy runs out. All I wanted was a return shipping label. No response to refund request or shipping label request. The item was delivered to my porch with no wrapping or packaging materials. Not even in a cardboard box.:Now after 2 weeks I get an email saying they are sending me another one. Never requested a replacement. I will file a claim with Amazon and the BBB. Shame on Amazon for allowing this company to do business through the Amazon website.

Very Unprofessional company with terrible Customer Service that should not exist on the Market. It sells cheap poor-quality products and they know it. As they have a lot of returns due to the defective and bad quality stuff they sell, their return policy requires Customer to pay returning shipping cost + 20% restocking fee. That is how they make money!!! Stay away from them!!!

Bought a twin bed w/trundlefor $80. Seen another on Ebay for $128 so I knew the price seemed cheap so I e-mailed company and asked if there was a mis-print. The guy from OJCommerce said price was right and order if I wanted to. 5 days later get a message from Ebay saying order was cancelled and their putting money back on my credit card. Price was a misprint and OJCOmmerce could care less. Very unprofessional company. Called and spoke to a rep from the company who was like too bad for you attitude. Don't waste your time with this joke of a company.
