The company is a fraud. It REsells damaged garbage as new. When customers like me request a full refund the falsely advertised products, their response is you will be liable for 20% restocking fee. When the product is sold damaged and not disclaimed as damage to the consumer, it is false advertising. My goal is to pursue a class action lawsuit against this company. Totally dissatisfied!

Along with most other reviews, I would not recommend this company at all. I went through walmart.com which I didn't know they use a third party seller. The company's return policy is disgusting whereas it will cost more to ship back than receive the refund. I'll do more research next time I buy from Amazon or Walmart.

Unorganized training and work environment . Terrible product policies, employee morale and terrible management. Lack of communication and work value. Terrible all around. I would not recommend working or buying any thing from them.

Horrible return policy. 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. The return would actually run me more than the $300 item. I would highly recommend not buying from this company. I wished I had read the horrible reviews about them before purchasing. I ordered through the Walmart website and trusted their reputation without checking out this company. Big regret.

I put cero if it’s possible, I bought a canopy bed frame. The bed wasn’t complete, I’m try to return this and they told me they’re going to charge 20% of the price for restock fee, and I must paid the shipping cost too, I do not recommend to buy anything from this horrible company. $200 waisted to the trash.

I haven’t even got my order, I ordered a vanity table on a Sunday night and Saturday morning they barley text me saying. My order is on back stock. But when I bought it it said in stock and available so of course I got to wait for their crap service. When all I want is my table. I even tried to pay for it to come fast when I saw they sent an email saying back order

They never ship your items they don’t contact you to let you know takes forever to get refund. We does amazon use such a horrible supplier. They suck. Never order anything that comes from them
