Ordered a mirror from here over a month ago the payment was taken from my account the next day yet they still haven’t shipped my order. I received no confirmation or anything. I’ve emailed them probably 10 times and they don’t respond. They are thieves this company is sham don’t order from them. How do you take the full payment amount but not send even a confirmation of order.

they took the full payment for the order 2 weeks ago and still haven't shipped and no response other than a note last week saying they are working from home now. There is no lockdown order in Miami Florida for this business. They should NOT have taken payment if they had no plans to ship - yet they did. Nobody is available to even take phone calls. Not impressed.

I ordered an electric grill 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. Where is my order. Somebody needs to let me know. Asap.. Or refund my money. This is unacceptable. I feel like I've been robbed. Call me 405 900 1427 Dre.

They sent me the wrong item. After sending several requests to fix they are sending me another one the same one again. I must have sent them at least 10 messages saying they were going to send the wrong one again even a picture of the original order showing it was a different one. It doesn’t matter they’re sending me that different one again. Unbelievably!!

Absoulutely horrible customer service, they want the customer to pay for returns and a 20-50% restocking fee, these people are completely out of their minds. I will never but ever buy anything from this company again.

To return something that I ended up not needing would cost me twice as much as I paid for it in shipping, that I'd have to pay for. On top of that they want a %20 restocking fee. Terrible customer service and impossible to get ahold of.

Read review before order !!! We have order bike order on April 25th we have no idea where it was shipped or not. The email stated that shipping would be between May 8th-12. Today is 05/20/20; after all, I checked order status, and it shows Cancel. How come no one calls us or email us to let us know what the situation is? What is the reason for the cancellation? Am I very disappointed with your company? Return my money ASAP. I will make sure the review will be visible to all.

Bad bad bad very very bad company. Never never order anything from them. We did order a bike. After a month of waiting the order has been canceled, and there were no any information about the cancellation.
