Horrible customer service and getting a return less shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee is nearly impossible. Was on hold for 15 minutes before getting a voicemail, a voice mailbox is full message, an error message then hung up on. Will never buy anything from this company again.

Purchased a folding reacher tool and was so excited because this was just what I needed. Got it quickly enough, but it broke the 2nd day I had it and the first day I didn’t know how to use the folding. No more. Very dissatisfied customer..

I ordered a mirror online from them and was sent a shipping confirmation then no other updates. When I tried calling in was on hold for a long time only to be told to wait for my product and no real answer. This place sucks, their products looked nice but not worth the trouble

They will not issue a refund. After sending several emails and making several callings to get this resolved they sent me an E mail stating that I would have to pay $80 to return the item that they would charge me a 20% restocking fee and that if the item had been alter'd that they would not do a refund! Horrible company, even worse product!

I would give them zero stars if possible. I was supposed to have my bed frame a month ago still not here. They keep stringing me on. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
