Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, and product still hasn’t shipped!! Tried to cancel order and they will not. They have it listed as preparing to ship, this status has been that way since ordering. I keep getting generic emails stating that they are looking into it!! Don’t bother I want my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Item arrived days after the tracking said it would arrive. Full order did not arrive. Pictures displayed for item on their website was misleading and included a full set of umbrella bases for an umbrella when you in fact only get one corner of the whole pie. They did not even acknowledge that the images were misleading.

This is the worst company I've ever purchased an item from. I've written 50 emails with no resolution. They are incapable of processing a refund for a mistake they made. There is not leadership or escalation path. I don't recommend purchasing anything from this website. They sent me the wrong item and then give you the runaround with a support team out of India. It's like a bad ponzi scheme.

Worst customer service ever received. Long shipping time. Open and damaged boxes. Unapologetic and uncaring customer service (Nelly and Dunia). Took 30 days to receive our order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Go anywhere else. Horrible customer service. I emailed 5 times, forwarded all emails again, left 2 voicemails and NEVER received a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Bought a great product, but as it turned out did not need it after all. However, trying to return this product was quite disillusioning. There would be a hefty restocking fee, no shipping label provided, and many checks of the returned item. This obvious discouragement of returns worked. I’m not returning the product or my business. Better be sure before you buy!

BOYCOTT OJCOMMERCE,NOT COVID FRIENDLY : Bought a Angel Line 61311-49 Windsor Glider and Ottoman from them right before the GLOBAL PANDEMIC happened. Turns out, didn't need it. Tried to return it but because of COVID everything was shut down. Fast forward to now, stores start to open back up, now it can be returned. NO!! Past the 30 day return policy. They will not take the chair back. Bad business practices!!

DON'T DO IT! This company does not stand by their products. I received two different color pieces for my night stand. They do not pay for return shipping and require that you do what they should have done on the assembly line--review each piece in the box to see if it is right. They ask you to leave a message and never return calls. I could go on.
