Frist, they changed up what you were ordering so instead of 12 of the times, I got 1 and then they refused to make it right by charging a 20% restock fee and requiring I pay shipping. $17.00 for a fimsy plastic plate is called price gouging in AR. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general.

Ordered a porch swing from them through Amazon, the shipment showed shipped through FedEx after purchasing only for FedEx to show shipment canceled by shipper in route and now there customer service won’t respond to messages and emails, and phone lines never pick up!!!!

First of all, I have no idea who this company is I bought a table from walmart.com and now I'm being contacted by this company.. I never made a purchase from them was never informed that they were taking over Walmart so I have no idea why this company is contacting me.. Second of all the table I received was shipped damaged with Walmart knowledge and it missed it... Now this third-party company is saying that they intend to withhold shipping cost and Walmart for some reason will not accept the return of this table? I don't think so a dispute has been filed with my credit card company and a dispute has been filed with the Better Business Bureau... Bait-and-switch by Walmart

Like many other customers, I had a terrible experience with OJ Commerce. I ordered a reclining bed platform and paid with PayPal. I wanted this very heavy box, (actually 2 boxes), delivered to my parents in another town. My father was not listed in my PayPal account and when I tried adding his name to my account, they processed the order immediately under my name and address. I immediately emailed their customer service department, (it was Saturday evening and no one answered their phones), and explained the situation. I did not wanted to cancel the order, I just wanted the delivery address updated to that of my parents. They replied a couple of hours later, explaining they couldn't change the address, instead, I could cancel the order and reorder the item with the correct address. They also said they could only do this if the item hasn't been ship. I said to myself, we'll OK, it was during the weekend and I know first hand FedEx doesn't do pickups on Sundays, I used to work there. I went ahead and shoot them an email on Sunday morning, but now this time they claimed "the package has been shipped". I know they were lying since, like I said before, FedEx doesn't pickup on Sundays, and secondly, the tracking number provided only said a shipping label has been created and just the info sent to FedEx. They lied through their teeth all along. They made me believe they were doing something to get my issue resolved and that wasn't the case. I called first thing Monday morning their customer service department in Miami hoping the shipment be stopped so I could reorder, and they kept saying "the item was in transit", when I knew it has not been picked up yet and was sitting in a warehouse somewhere. Hold and behold, according to FedEx website, the package was actually picked up Monday at 4:51 PM, which has been plenty of time for them to cancel the order. So, if you order from this company make sure everything is correct at your end, they won't cancel the order for any reason whatsoever after the purchase button is depress. Worse yet, their return policy is a joke, you'll need to pay for return shipping plus they'll charge you a restocking fee! That's highway robbery. I'll never buy from OJ Commerce again, and won't recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service. I ordered chairs for my vacation on June 4th. They tell me that it was out of stock after I placed the order. It still says "Processing" on my order. Its July 13!! Now they wont pick up the phone when I need to talk to someone there, they put me on hold for hours. No one there to talk to. Horrid experience!!

Within minutes of ordering a product, price dropped by $8 from Wal-Mart.Com and OJ Commerce said they would not honor lower price. I will be refusing delivery of product and ordering elsewhere. I just hope they don't hassle me about giving me my money back!

Ojcommerce refuses to give refunds they just simply won’t reply. Do not order from this company. They claim items are in stock then once you pay for them suddenly they are no longer in stock and they ignore giving refunds

Ordered a skimmer for my pool. The first one came in a small box, packing was minimal, and it was cracked. Requested a refund, but they sent me a replacement instead. This time, it came in a HUGE box with NO packing, and is damaged again. I just want a refund, but am getting no where with the company. But I will not give up, but what a waste of time.
