Ojcommerce is a bad company , they just take money from you after cancelling your order and ships the item . They don’t honor customer . Very bad company . Don’t buy anything from them . They just East’s your money

TERIIBLE company. Ordered a breakfast table and chairs, BAD QUALITY. i have spend 2 days trying to reach them, 11 phone calls, every single one call with NEVER reaching anyone. Hold time up to 56 minutes. NEVER BIY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a bunk bed from this place and went through hoops to get an update on the shipment. When I placed the order, their website showed "in stock" and the rep even told me that it will ship out tomorrow. Tomorrow came, I received an email to find out that my order is canceled and my refund will take 1-3 business days to reflect in my bank. If you have not ship the order why drawn the money out? Spoke to their rep and manager, nothing they can do, this company is very dishonest and no integrity. Ojcommerce is very unreliable and inaccurate, bad business. Would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Do NOT buy from them, they'll take your money before the shipment is created with NO products in stock.

I will never order from this website. I highly recommend you to NOT buy from here. I ordered from Oicommerce twice and they canceled my order both times, without letting me know! I literally waited for a month to find out that they canceled my order. I called customer service and explained my situation and the lady I spoke with laughed and hung up on me. I called three times and I kept on getting hung up on. They are very unprofessional. Would not recommend shopping here.

I bought 1,2,4 Ib dumbles and a rack from Walmart in a single order which in turn, sent the items from Ojcommerce. I got the rack and 1 ib dumble. They broke the order in such a way, it looks that I ordered separately for the items and they have fulfilled the order . I will NOT buy from the same vendor again.

I purchased a couch that was really reasonable and ideal for my apartment. I bought it and still a week after purchasing my order was still pending. Turns out the couch I bought was out of stock and they still allowed me to purchase it. NO ONE sent a update email. It took me having to call them for this information. My couch was supposed to be here August 9 and now they are saying September 25. I immediately canceled and will not be purchasing from them ever again. Customer service was poor as well. They are not good communicators and are unprofessional when it comes to updating people with their purchases.

i love the coffee table and end tables but when they came i opened them and they were dented and scratched on the top and side.

On July 11, I ordered a home theater receiver on Walmart.com. The promised delivery date was today, July 24. Walmart was using OJCommerce to fulfill this order. I checked the progress of the order several times, most recently yesterday, and the promised delivery date remained today. Then this morning I received messages from both OJCommerce and Walmart.com telling me the order was canceled. OJCommerce waited 2 weeks to realize that they could not fulfill this order. Now the item is unavailable (surprise, surprise!). Absolute incompetence. Stay away from these worthless folks
