OITReviews of oit.co

I have been partnered with OIT for a while now and they are amazing! No matter what the needs are they are quick to respond and help. Whether it is sales support or technical support, the entire OIT team is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very quick to respond. Their platform is very easy to use and extremely reliable. The softphone interface and the mobile app work perfect! Sean Lardo and Marissa Orsini are the best to work with and have become good friends as well!

My company has partnered with OIT for some time and we've found them to be one of the best companies we could have partnered with. Support is always on point, and they're always working hard to make sure that our issues are taken care of. Beyond that, they're extremely approachable and easy to work with.

OIT takes customer service up a notch. If I ever have a question, I have my answer within a few minutes. We have never experienced a service interruption, which I can't say for OIT's competitors. I don't have a negative thing to say about them or their serivce, and if I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

OIT is not just a company that does what they say they will do, they exceed expectations at every opportunity. They are a partner I can depend on who has never let me down. The OIT Team should be proud of the level of service they provide.

Hands down one of the best VoIP providers out there! Clients consistently remark how good the voice quality is on calls and on the rare instances we do need support, calls are answered in seconds and I get a live person who takes ownership and resolves the issue on the first call just about every time. There are many VoIP providers out there but if you want great service at competitive rates you go with OIT!

What can you say about a team like OIT. If I put all the positive words in the dictionary in this review it would not be enough. We work with them both as a client and as a partner and as a result get to see both sides of the service. We have always been taken care of as have our clients and when you are dealing with telecom to get service like this is nothing short of amazing. We love OIT.

The best VoIP provider we have ever partnered with! I fully trust Ray and his team with our business voice and our clients business voice needs.

OIT is a fantastic company. We have partnered with them for VoIP services and the quality of their product and support are outstanding. The OIT team goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience with every interaction. I only wish every company could care as much as they do.
