I apologize that you were not pleased with the recent delivery of your framed oil painting. Our #1 goal is your 100% satisfaction. Please note that we can commission a new artist to re-paint the oil painting you ordered at no charge and when the artist is finished, we will email you a photo proof for your approval. If any changes are required, the artist will make them for you until you are 100% satisfied. When you approve the new oil painting, we will have our framers stretch the canvas and mount it in a new frame. I sincerely apologize that you were not pleased with the recent delivery of your framed oil paintings. The #1 goal for our entire team at OilPaintings.com is your 100% satisfaction. I tried reaching out to you by phone and email to resolve your issues but have not received a response from you yet. The oil painting reproductions you ordered were hand-painted by highly skilled artists and were done in an art style that required the artists to paint the oil paintings with a fine brush. Please note that the original works of art did not have thick texture. At OilPaintings.com, we do have very strict quality controls in place that must be met before we ship an order to a customer. We carefully inspect each oil painting and compare it to the original image to make sure the artist has painted the oil painting to museum quality standards. In addition, all the framing is carefully completed by our expert framers to ensure the corners of the frames are joined tightly together. The issue you had with the frame corners must have been a result of internal damage during the shipping process. I would also like to address your comments that we somehow control what reviews are shown on Trustpilot. Each review is written by our customers directly on the Trustpilot website, and we are not able to see the reviews before they are posted online. We would be happy to commission new artists to re-paint the oil paintings you ordered at no charge and when the artists are finished, we will email you photo proofs for your approval. If any changes are required to the paintings, the artists will make them for you until you are 100% satisfied. We will also instruct the artists to use a thicker texture when applying the oil paints, to address your concern about the thin texture. Once you approve the oil paintings, we will re-frame them and make sure all the corners of the frames are joined tightly. We will email you photos again after the framing process is completed.
