Horrible. Fabric arrived full of creases and wrinkles. Oilcloth International does not send 2 yds of oil cloth rolled in a tube and they don’t care. I contacted the company about my disappointment and their response was “creases will release over time in warmer weather”. What a bunch of BS. They don’t care about their customers. It was my first time using this company because my regular company was out of stock of the design I wanted. My usual company always sends in a tube, hence no creases or wrinkles. I highly recommend using “Online Fabric Store” and stay far away from OilCloth International.

I confess that I did not read the small print, so my bad! I ordered an oil cloth for a table, priced at £15.17. Suffice it to say the net price including shipping to Ireland AND customs etc. was €50.78. I hope it will be worth it when it arrives!

The wrong pattern oilcloth was sent. I ordered silver paisley and received silver Polka Dots. Will need to return and hope for refund.

I did not receive the tablecloth.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake, I wrote them and asked if I could return and exchange… I didn’t hear a word back

I never received my order. I contacted the company, they said it was probably lost and they would get back to me after Christmas. I ordered this in early December, trying keeping my expectations low, as this was the only thing I bought for myself. Disappointed.

I ordered a new apron online to replace an oilcloth apron that I had for many years. It was given to me as a gift by my parents when they traveled to Scotland many years ago. I loved that apron and used it constantly but it finally split from age. I received the new apron and the fabric is so incredibly stiff that it buckles when I wear it. The fabric ties are heavy stiff webbing and can hardly be tied. I feel like I'm cutting my hands up when I try to put it on. Yes I am trying to wear it as I had to throw away my old one. The order was promptly delivered to me. The pattern in the fabric is nice and the pattern of the apron itself is nice. So if this company can find better oilcloth fabric and ties to use, then I could recommend the product. I know better oilcloth is out there because the Vermont country store sells tablecloths of a far superior oilcloth.

Placed an order for 2 tablecloths on 01/24/23. The order was received on 01/31/23. When order was placed the website listed return policy as item had to be returned within 30 days in original condition etc. I called on 02/01/23 to get exchange info and return label and was told they do not take Any returns. The person then said they were in the process of changing the info on their website, but it clearly said they had a "within 30 day" policy when I placed the order.
