I am wearing them for the first time as we speak. They keep peeling off as it’s impossible (at least for me) to not sweat underneath plastic. So far I’m just aggravated that I’ve had to try placing them back onto my neck and chest multiple times. The ones on my face are in place so far, but I honestly can’t see this working effectively if they don’t stay in place to ‘work their magic’

I've been trying to order this product for months. Gave my email hoping maybe a worthwhile discount would come thru. A 20% did come on the 4th of July & of course, I missed it so I decided to just go ahead & buy it. I was getting the All in one 2.0, the neck lifting things & the chest firming cream. It was $144 and change but bc I was buying the 3 together it was &130 & change w free shipping. I put in all my shipping & billing info... I was JUST about to complete my order when I see the part of I would like to include a Tip??? Being someone who makes a living on tips I decided to look into what they are doing to ask for tip. I couldn't find anything. THEN I decided to look up the reviews ( which I usually always do & did a few months ago when I was thinking about purchasing it in the first place ) and I am so happy I did. I saw unhappy after unsatisfied review. One right after another. Then I remembered sending them an email back in February asking a question. They never answered. Uh oh... And now I'm reading these reviews, Not answering ANYONE seems to be the normal for this company.. I don't see them apologizing, explaining or trying to address the problemS to anyone asking why the strip are thinner & won't stay on now. The product OBVIOUSLY changed after the 1st initial purchase. I am sorry there are SO many dissatisfied customers. If I see a few bad reviews, I shrug it off with you can't please everyone. But one after another after another with no reply from the company... Speaks volumes about a New company... well to me at least. This was a product I wanted to try. I dont have any real deep wrinkles yet. Laugh lines, sure, I smile alot. But I'd rather deal with a few earned wrinkles then deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers at all. I am so sorry so many are unhappy with Oia but I would like to Thank you for writing about your negative/bad experiences to help people like me not go through them as well. I carefully picked my Tablet up & instead of hitting the confirm order box, backed out of the order entirely. Thank you!!!!

Initially the product seemed good. I bought the All-in-One (7 patches). I used the patches and within 5 minutes my skin started sweating under the patches. Due to the moisture excreting from my skin, the patches would not not stay on. After the attempted first use, I rinsed and left to dry. I returned them to their sheet for storage. Because I paid over $100 for the product I tried to use them again. Same issue. They went in the trash this time. I will not be buying these patches again. Nice concept if you can use them without sweating.

I based my purchase for the full face and neck patches after watching You Tube reviews. I am a young 60 year old woman who is a product junkie so I was intrigue by the positive reviews. It does take a while for the product to arrive 3 weeks. I would give 1 star for how ineffective product is but give a second star for their customer service is excellent. I was surprised that the product comes with no instructions on how often to wear it. I did get a very detailed instructions immediately to my email inquiry so that was great. However, I wonder why they just don't add this critical piece of information with their delivery. I wore my patches when I went to bed as they recommended. After the first night I woke up and removed the patches I saw my wrinkles were less on my forehead and neck. By the 3rd use of wearing patches at night they were curling up on the edges and harder to stay on. I had to trim a few to wear them but after the 6th night, my neck patch had rolled down during sleep and formed 3 visible lines around my neck. I'm trying to diminish my wrinkles not add more. LOL. They stayed there for the whole day but went away by next morning. I used the patches 6 times. I don't know how anyone gets 15 uses out of them. I would say from my experience that the wrinkles do come back and maybe add more definition to some of my other wrinkles. I have a tiny scar below my forehead and I swear the scar looked deeper after removing the forehead patch. If you smooth down the surface to add the patch it just pushes your skin away and maybe for older customers this is not good as gravity seems to add more definition to other areas.

I have bought the Patch 2.0 all in one. I have so far used the forehead and the two eye patches five times. I used both overnight. I would apply my light moisturizer, wait about 2 hours before applying the patches. The first three times, the results were great. The last two times, the patches are not sticking as well already and the results are not as great anymore. I will continue to use the patches but I doubt it will last 30 times as it advertised. Also I just want to note that the results are only good for a day, the fine lines do come back I guess this is expected.
