I bourgt a set of markers as a Christmas gift. It was the wrong ones, so i tried to return them. Now, more then 30 days ago, they have not responded to any of my 4 e-mails and not returned my money. A complete scam - do not buy anything there!!!

I returned an unopened, unused duplicate gift and was required to pay $30 to return an $80 item. The product will be received in fully resalable condition, yet the entire return shipping cost was pushed onto me. Customer service was "polite" but relied entirely on policy rather than addressing how unreasonable this is. Charging 37.5% of an item’s value just to return a gift discourages gift purchases altogether. Product quality is fine, but this return policy is not customer-friendly. I am hesitant to ever buy from here again and will warn others.

We bought a 320 markers set and was the worst decision we ever made. NEVER EVER BUY FROM OHUHU. It took 1MORE THAN 20 DAYS to send the product and they always give a different excuse. First of all, they sold a product they didn't have it. Then they sent it (knowing we live in Europe) from the wrong warehouse so the product was refused to get in MACEDONIA. didn't have the product again and we had to wait one more month without ANY update.

Saw lots of other artists hyping up these markers so I decided to check them out. Ordered them, order was "fulfilled" and i got a tracking number. Tracking just said "label made" for a full week and now it says its been delivered to California. I live in NC. Somethings not adding up here. Needless to say im ticked i ever even bothered with the order. Had i known i wasnt going to receive them i would have just bought some other markers elsewhere.

We bought a 320 markers set and was the worst decision we ever made. NEVER EVER BUY FROM OHUHU. It took TWO MONTHS to send the product and they aways giving a different excuse. First of all they sold a product they didn't have it. Then they sent (knowing we live in europe) from a wrong warehouse so the product was refused to get in Ireland. They simple said they could send another set just after that one return (the one which we never received and they know was going back to them exactly as they sent), as we could damaged or something the product we NEVER RECEIVED. After that they said they dont have the product again and we had to wait one more month without ANY update. The product arrived after 3 months and DAMAGED, WITHOUT LID AND HARD AS A ROCK. My money? Never got back. €200 I never got back and a product I cannot use because is damaged. (The package was in perfect condition so the product came damaged from Ohuhu). Dont get scammed as us and other buyers here (as you can see). Save your money and buy Copics.

Ordered over a week ago, no shipping confirmation, no tracking, no response to multiple emails. Dont waste your money, seems like a scam. Pity they have roped in the like of Jazza to shill for them.
