Hi Melinda, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the fit wasn’t comfortable for you. The bikini in your order was made in the selected XL size, and the straps are crafted from stretch Lycra. However, body proportions and preferred fit can vary, so a standard strap length may not work equally well for everyone. We offer complimentary custom sizing. If you decide to order from us again, simply request “extra-long straps” and include your measurements in the order notes, or contact us before ordering. Our workshop will gladly customize the straps at no additional charge.

I found the shipping time to be…
I found the shipping time to be incredibly long, also the two different sizes I bought were practically identical, with no difference between them meaning I can't actually wear one of them.

I received no notification that prefer…
I received no notification that prefer was received. I did follow up and was promptly responded to which was appreciated. Still waiting for tracking info after it clears customs but the lead time to US is pretty long compared to when I’ve ordered Wicked Weasel from AUS for my wife

Products are great
Products are great. Didn’t realize Black Friday was the week after. I also didn’t get my free bikini as that was the promotion at the time.
