I ordered two tiger bags by mistake, I sent one back costing me £10 to do so to only be told by the company I'm not entitled to a refund because items are made to order, offered no alternative so I have lost £35 DISGUSTING COMPANY Do not buy from them

Never received item and couldn't reach anyone about it. Wish I could give one star. Will never order from them again. Disputed payment with my bank.

I ordered an item that was advertised as leather but when it arrived, it was made of 100% polyester. Despite several complains to the company, they have continually refused to uphold the claim. The item was purchased for a 21st birthday present. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!
