Having Hannah come on excited and ready to hit the ground running. She had the experience we needed to assign things to her quickly and have her take actionable steps based on previous best practices.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Ogmentor! Lael, our founder, is a true visionary who fosters an incredibly supportive and positive work culture. I've learned so much from the core team, who are always there to help, and I've grown immensely in my role as an executive assistant. The fantastic paid leave policy is a huge perk that really helps with work-life balance. Plus, the company consistently shows its appreciation for our hard work with bonuses and incentives, which is so motivating. I feel so lucky to be part of this team!

Working with Ogmentor has been such a refreshing experience. From day one, it’s clear that employee wellbeing isn’t just a buzzword here—it’s genuinely prioritized. There’s a strong culture of support, recognition, and open communication. Whether it’s the thoughtful benefits, or the way wins (big and small) are acknowledged, Ogmentor really makes you feel valued and seen. It’s rare to find a company that puts its people first while also encouraging growth and balance, but they manage to do it so well.

Value! Hiring a qualified VA through Ogmentor gave us exponentially better results than trying to save a few dollars per hour. Also, very strong communications and work effort across the team!

As a VA with Ogmentor, I would give a 5-star rating to all the staff at this company. They genuinely take great care of their VAs! I just want to express my gratitude for the opportunity to work here. Everyone is incredibly accommodating and highly professional in handling VAs. It's also worth mentioning that this agency offers paid leave, which is quite rare among agencies these days.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Ogmentor. They are incredibly accommodating, always ensuring that your needs are met. The team offers great opportunities for growth and development, making it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to advance their skills or career.

I've had a good experience working with Ogmentor. The pay is fair and enough to cover my expenses, even though they don't offer government benefits or health insurance. Despite that, the compensation is sufficient for me to handle those on my own. They also provide vacation and sick leave, which is a nice bonus.I appreciate the flexible work hours, which help me balance my work and personal life. The best part is that there's no micromanagement—I'm trusted to get my work done. Overall, I'm happy working here.
