The owner Cheryl Ogle hides behind her staff when there are issues. She won't return calls. She is refusing signage for my business because I'm in a suite with other offices! It specifically states in my lease that I get signage. Now I have to get an attorney.

These people are horrible to deal with. They are greedy, untrustworthy, unprofessional, unscrupulous and scary. They come across as cruel, condescending, and plain antisocial. They will rip you off if they can. Please be careful!

Cheryl Ogle is the woman that runs Ogle-Properties it appears. It is clear she has little to no business experience based on how poorly she runs her properties. Her properties are nice office buildings, but not compatible in today's environment. They do not support active lifestyles by providing showers, etc. in these large office buildings because the buildings are fairly old. The leases are extremely restrictive and disappointing. She will also show up unannounced and want to tour your property without the mandatory 24hrs notice. No vending machines on site, and bathrooms are not well taken care of.
