OGGVO is great to work with and they are a wealth of knowledge for a small business like myself.

Apple is a very patient and responsive person. Always making sure the material at hand you understand and explain things in a professional manner.

Apple did a great job with onboarding consultations!

They are great a selling their product but if they fail to do what they say they will do, they will not credit you any money back and they will hold you to your one year contract and keep charging your card. I told them that I simply wanted old reviews to post to my LinkedIn account twice per week. It's been over a month and no reviews have been posted. Dustin, the manager, called me and I told him that I only wanted one thing done and that one thing was not happening. He said, "I'm glad it's only one thing". Nothing has changed. Nothing has been posted but they continuously charge my credit card in spite of their failures to perform.

The most fantastic employee Maybelle Inggo. She thought me every thing step by step. She is fantastic helper.

Apple has been great at showing me how to navigate this new platform from Oggvo. She is very understanding and knowledgable.

Karen is amazing. She helped me with my profiles and helped me drive reviews to my page. She is very knowledgeable and is very kind.
