You frauded our network, it is a shame that you would blast us on here damaging our reputation after 7 years of working together because you were deemed a lower quality publisher and we couldnt further accept a loss of money to accept your traffic quality level.

We do not allow people to change names, there is a huge rise of account fraud -- why would you want to change your name on our platform if you didnt provide it correctly in the first place? this is obviously a shady practice that you are attempting. Just create one with your actual real name in the first place to avoid this problem...

Hi there, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will review what the problem was, the most likely chance is that your traffic was probably not converting due to being low quality and they were just looking at your landing page and not convinced enough to complete the content locker.

Hi there, we are really sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our support, we have an in built chat feature on our site, so you should be able to contact us through there? -- we no longer use Skype, we do infact use Telegram, Discord, Email and our built in chat, if you want to discuss this further you can log into our dashboard and hopefully put your feelings back to a 5 star as its affecting us negatively!
