They advertise helping customers. It says on their website how to knowledge here, etc. Well. I call BS.
I picked up a boat recently and new to the boat world I offered that if they could help point me in the right direction of product for upgrades I would buy everything through them. All they had were a few small parts for my boat and I know they sold this boat and advertise having products for this exact boat. I was only able to get a prop and windfoil. I asked about servos and esc and motor battery upgrades. I was basically blown off. The website is horrible. Try finding a product on that thing. Got the prop, we will see tomorrow if the prop is right .

DONT SHOP OSE VACCARO
Hey everyone,
I need to drop a reality check about buying from Offshore Electrics.
RC premium boats are not cheap, and neither are the parts or shipping costs. We pour massive amounts of our hard-earned money into these builds, expecting US distributors to back the premium products they sell.
Offshore Electrics absolutely does not. I spent more than $1,300 to setup this boat the right way, and Offshore Electrics still turned their back on me.
I bought the hull on May 4, 2026. However, the boat was not ready for testing until late July 2026 because I spent those intervening months ordering setup parts directly from Offshore Electrics to get everything just right.
After just a couple of trials on the water, the Caudwell F1 Tunnel Hull suffered a structural failure due strictly to a manufacturer defect.
I didn't just complain—I provided Offshore Electrics with all invoices paid regarding this purchase to show my commitment as a serious customer.
I also sent them 15 crystal-clear, HD pictures all around the hull to show there is no abuse, impact collision with another boat, or neglect driving.
Those 15 pictures explicitly show a manufacturing defect
The boat was treated perfectly, and the hull simply failed because it was defective. Offshore Electrics' response?
They don’t care. They completely ignored the timeline and the 15 HD pictures proving it was a pure factory defect.
They hid behind a rigid 30-day warranty period—even though the reason the boat took more than 30 days to hit the water was because I was waiting on setup parts from Offshore Electrics themselves!
Their only "solution" was telling me to go email TFL China myself.
If you are thinking about spending your money with Offshore Electrics, remember this:
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
This hobby is too expensive to take these kinds of losses. When you drop over $1,300 to do a proper setup, you expect a hull to survive more than a couple of trials.
Instead of supporting premium hardware when a factory part clearly fails, this distributor tells you to take it up with an overseas factory. They are showing you exactly how much they value your business.
Take your money elsewhere. Buy from vendors who respect the massive financial investment we make in this hobby and actually stand by their products when manufacturing flaws ruin a build. Vote with your wallet and buy from someone who actually gives a damn about customer support.
Just started Vaccaro!

I ordered a brand new boat from this…
I ordered a brand new boat from this place, when it finally arrived the factory seal was cut open and someone had already been inside it. They removed the original transmitter, and put a broken one in the box and shipped it like that. The transmitter had been removed from its factory box, along with the bubble wrap, the broken one they sent was just sliding around on the bottom of the boat box.
Next issue is the ESC is defective also, one of the heavy gauge wires to the esc has a bad terminal end and will not plug into the esc. Came opened box from OSE in that condition.
OSE will not speak with you on the phone, and when I emailed them about the problems with this expensive boat, I get told by auto reply that they are closed all week long.
Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews that his buddies leave, this place is terrible.
Until OSE sends me a new boat, that I paid for, that works like new , or takes care of the serious problems this boat has, I will spend part of my day, everyday, online telling people how I was treated by them.
