Terrible customer service. If you ever need customer support it's non-existent. I had to exchange my dress and pay for shipping because the colour of their images and the dress i received were completely different. AKA I thought i was buying an orange dress and i received a lilac one!!!!!!! And the fabric quality was only 5/10 They've left me hanging spinning all kinds of stuff about miscommunication and that's why i have received my new dress can I pay more? Anyway good luck, there are plenty of great makers out there so I would give this one a miss.

You can buy the same exact clothing at Walmart

I received my 2 dresses today. The dresses are beautifully made and the material is exactly as described. I had contacted customer service with concerns about the length of time from order to delivery (5 weeks), but thy were worth the wait. Both dresses are big fitting, but that is the style and design. Love them.

Juli – mitten in unserer Urlaubszeit.

Do not purchase from this company. I bought a dress online and was advised on both the size and colour. It took longer than advertised to arrive which was annoying but which I could have ignored had I not received the following customer care from Renata. When the dress arrived it was huge and sack like. I had been advised to purchase size S but went with my gut and ordered size XS which was still way too large for me. The colour was also not matching the colour they had described. The clincher though was that I was accused of wearing the dress which I definitely did not as it was completely unflattering and unwearable. They did refund me my money but the communication from them was rude claiming to “know a worn dress when they see one in their 15 years of experience”. I explained that the dress was not suitable for wear and that I had only tried it on at home and received a smart message saying “but the marks somehow appeared?”. Horrible to deal with and point blank refused to accept that I had not worn their dress, accusing me of lying. They may have refunded the money but I was spoken to in a horrible manner. There are companies out there like Olive clothing company who sell similar styles that arrive much sooner than the 4-6 week period (plus delays) it takes for them to deliver. Avoid.

I am disappointed. The dresses are well made, but the color of one dress is much, much more darker/intense than on the photos and the second dress is not the fabric I ordered.

I accidentally ordered the Silvina dress twice and contacted OFFON to cancel one. They had already told me the dress wouldn’t be ready to ship for another two weeks, so it clearly hadn’t been made yet. Despite this, they refused, claiming “production had already started” and no cancellations or refunds were possible. This makes little sense given the dress is sold in a single standard size (S–XL), not bespoke measurements. It’s hard to believe these aren’t produced in batches. The policy feels completely inflexible and out of touch—no effort to help, no store credit, nothing. Very disappointing experience. Be careful when ordering, as they won’t support you if anything goes wrong.

I bought the jump suit. It's absolutely lovely.. Very well made. They contacted me and asked for my measurements so they could suggest the right size. I love it and would purchase again.
