Let me start this off by saying I came across this company at the time when there was a scarce amount of bac water and my main company at the time had taken a hit, and wasn't supplying any and it was time to replenish all peps and supplies. Thus I had to find a reputable company, that was located in texas with the chances of me receiving my products in 2-3 days. Which I fell upon Offline peptides from trust pilot. What I can mention that others haven't already mentioned. The customer service is top notch, I've never met another online company that responds as quickly and resolves any issues/problems as promptly as these guys. However if only there wasn't a reason to follow up with customer service in the first place. If only the quality of their products matched the quality of the customer service. The reta is great and solid quality, at first I was sent a 20 mg by mistake when I ordered 30mg. Resolved within 3 days at my door step no problem.Ghk-cu great product no problem there. Tesamorelin however is where the problem occurred repeatedly. We went through a half batch before only having one that was not compromised every vial I was sent was either contaminated/compromised. They had to pull the batch completely and luckily had another batch to pull one from to complete my order which overall process took 2 1/2-3 weeks. If it was only about customer service id give this company 5 stars however its about the product as well. I know they didn't make the product but maybe change wholesalers of your products. For that I give them 3.9 stars Great company. Needs better quality in all their products.
