Absolutely unacceptable. Do not use this company.
My experience with OfficialTranslations has been extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I paid this company to certify and translate two important documents. They failed to deliver what I paid for. First, they translated only one of the two documents. Second, the document they did translate contained a serious and unacceptable error in my date of birth. The original document clearly shows my correct date of birth, yet the certified translation contains the wrong information. The second document was never translated at all. I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this by calling and emailing the company, but my attempts have gone unanswered. It has now been three weeks, and I still have no corrected translation, no second document, and no meaningful response from the company. For a company providing certified translations for official purposes, this level of carelessness and lack of communication is unacceptable. I paid for two accurate certified translations and received one incorrect translation and one missing document. What makes this even worse is that this is not simply a minor inconvenience. Their failure has wasted valuable time and created additional stress during an important official process. They took my payment, failed to provide the service I paid for, delivered an incorrect document, and then failed to respond when I tried to get the problem corrected. I would strongly discourage anyone from using OfficialTranslations based on my experience. If accuracy, reliability, responsiveness, and meeting deadlines matter to you, I would look elsewhere. Think twice before sending this company your money or trusting them with important legal or official documents.
