Official Cash OfferReviews of officialcashoffer.com

Mike was instrumental in securing a cash offer for our mother’s condo. Despite encountering multiple roadblocks along the way, he remained persistent and never let challenges derail the process. His dedication and perseverance went above and beyond our expectations. Mike kept us well informed at every stage and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.

Mike bought a property of ours and made it seamless, he gave us what we wanted and in the timeline we wanted. I recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for an offer on a property they own

My brother and I were in the very stressful situation of having to sell our parent’s home. Mike Barone made the process easy and understandable. He was kind enough to provide the referral we needed and with us every step of the way. Thanks so much Mike!

My experience with Official Cash Offer was very positive. After experiencing the fury of Hurricane Ian and the destruction of my N. Fort Myers, FL, property, I just didn’t want to deal with all the hassle of repairing my house with a contractor. I just wanted to sell it as it is and keep the insurance money. This is where OCO helped. I found its ad with Google Ads, while searching for a buyer, and after talking with a few cash buying companies, Mike gave me the most reasonable offer. He was very kind and flexible with the person handling the sale and with the unwanted furniture I had to leave behind. I highly recommend this team for fast and hassle free selling of your property when you’d rather sell your home as it is, and quickly, and you’d rather just buy another dream home instead.

Mike made the selling of my house quick and easy. He was always available to answer questions. I would recommend using them to sell your home. Thanks

What an easy experience I had selling my house! I was nervous at first but communication was provided every step of the way. If I had another house to sell I would use Official Cash Offer again :)

I worked with Mike with Offical Cash Offer on a home sale in Panama City Beach. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. I would highly recommend him and his services to anyone looking to sell their home for cash. Thanks Mike!
