Having received my ESTA I noticed an error on the approval. I immediately emailed advising of the error and asked if a correction could be made. I was staggered to find that within 10 minutes I'd received a response with confirmation that required changes would be made. A massive shout out to Jayne and her support team for the speed of service and outstanding professionalism which I simply cannot fault. Well done AA++.

Hi. I applied for our ESTA numbers on Jan 17 and as I hadn't yet received the relevant number's I contacted 'Support' today.
