Anfang Januar habe ich 3 Stehlampen bestellt. Die Lieferung wurde 3 mal verzögert und vom Kundenservice gab es keinerlei Informationen. Erst als ich selber nachgefragt habe wurde ich informiert über die Verzögerung. Beim 3. Verzug, Anfang März, habe ich die stornierung des Auftrags verlangt. Wenigstens klappte die Rückerstattung… Hab die Lampen jetzt bei Amazon für 240 statt 260 bestellt und die Lieferzeit beträgt 4 Tage (auf Wunsch wäre 1 Tag auch möglich gewesen. Unseriöser Onlineshop, da gibt es viel bessere Shops mit transparentem Kundenservice!

Ich wollte bei Office World einen Kalender für 2025 kaufen. Preis 12.50, dann kam der Kleinmengenzuschlag von fast 10 CHf dazu. Das hat nicht nur vom aktuellen Kauf abgehalten, sondern auch von allen Käufen in Zukunft. Etwas dermassen unverschämtes!

Bought ink cartridges for HP 6978 and they are not compatible. Printer keeps saying to remove and reinstall.

Do. Ot buy these I ks from office world. They are awful, a total waste of money. Absolutely furious. I can't tell which particular ink is the worst. Ut the green of trees and plants comes out brown.

this company does not take returns on coffee purchases, very poor customer service, they claim it is due to Covid 19, however, they are wrong and even grocery stores have changed that policy at this time in the covid 19 era. Do not purchase any products from this company as even if you want to not get a monetary refund but want to exchange for same product but different style they (customer service) will NOT honor your consistent purchase...do not know what customer means to their business.
