The projector we ordered was on back order for two weeks, which was fine with us, but OW offered to upgrade our purchase to the next--better--projector for the same price as the original one ordered, in order to ship it out right away. Awesome! Can't get any better than that! Also...LOVE that it's a family-run operation! We have several family-run operations, so especially appreciate that Office Wonderland is also family run.

My church was in the market for 2 new video projectors. We came across Officewonderland when doing a search online. They had a great price on the model we were interested in and really knew the features well. They were able to explain the pros and cons of the units which made it easier for us to decide. After we received both projectors our installers had some trouble setting up the wireless feature. I had them call in and speak directly with Richard which was my sales rep. Within 5 minutes he was able to explain to "My Pro Installers" what they needed to do. I should have been paying Richard all that money to come install my projectors instead of our usual tech guys. Very rare that you get this type of service from an online store. Afterwards I found out that they actually are a store with a showroom and have a pro installation department. It is nice to do business with these type of outfits.
