What a pleasure to work with this company. There was a bit of a glitch in my order (my fault) and they called me very promptly and we straightened it out easily over the phone. I will definitely be using these guys again. Also fantastic prices

Online purchase was easy, there were some problems with the order and the sales manager called right away to assist me in resolving the issue. Received the product shortly thereafter.

Mike Spencer was awesome! He was very helpful and accommodating. The item that we ordered was discontinued. But, he found a more than sufficient replacement and was patient while I was waiting for approval.

I never write reviews, but this experience was the single best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Mike took the time to really understand what my needs were and pointed me to a much better product than I was looking for at an incredible price. If you're looking for A/V equipment you must call this group first. They have become my go-to from now on. Thanks Mike.
