I was trying to order an older projector model to match models I already had so that I could keep in stock only one replacement bulb. The model I was wanting was discontinued but the sales agent Mike Spencer helped cross reference to another model that used the same bulb. It is hard to do that because of course projector companies constantly change bulbs they use so that they can make money off of bulb sales. Thanks for the help Mike!!!

I ordered a home theater projector from Officewonderland. While we hit a glitch in my order, the customer service team called me promptly and professionally and we were able to work through the issue quickly. Ordered a projector listed on website but could no longer source. Mike was able to sell the upgraded version at the same price. Received project few days later. Only issue was that I needed to reseat the lamp but unit is working as expected. Will look to them when purchasing future projectors.
