Richard and Mike were incredible to work with. They offered amazing, hands on, customer support from beginning to end. After my initial order was unavailable, they found a comparable substitute and shipped it overnight. They have my business for good!!

I ordered a overhead projector on a Wednesday afternoon and received a phone call Thursday morning telling me that the projector was no longer manufactured. The customer service rep. (Mike) had a newer model and all the information about the newer model. He made it easy for me to decide how to proceed with my order. I ordered the newer model !

Mike was very helpful making sure I got my order placed correctly

After a few glitches with the Credit Card companies we got it done, Thanks!

Been looking for Hitachi Cp-A52 for our school.. Our school has the mouting hardware for this style projects only, and they are out of production. Mr. Spencer was amazing and he helped us find 3 CP-100 units that are the exact body only newer models. Our school staff and children will benefit from all his great help. Can't thank him enough!
