Great people to deal with, they do exactly what they say . The overall experience was excellent. The only issue was with some of the communication lines though all of the different phases. Super group of people and mostly a smooth process.

Using Offerpad to sell a home was streamlined and lived up to a process that was efficient and the staff involved were very much courteous. A tremendous experience!

i have no problems with Offerpad. my problems were with Bellhop. They broke item. Left with legs from my bed frame. Didn't returned them until 3 days later..

All went well and very smoothly. The only issues we had was, 1) we had to keep pushing the closing date back due to moving delays, and 2) the first group of a 5 man moving team from Bellhop, decided the job was too difficult for them so they refused to lift a finger and then left. By myself, I pulled out all of large items that the 5 man moving team said were too hard and unsafe. I pulled everything out of the house. The next day a smaller 4 man team arrived and stayed and actually worked. Within less than 2 hours had everything out of the truck and packed into the storage units.
