Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered shoes for my grandson. They never arrived. I tried to dispute with PayPal hoping to just get a pair delivered and they claimed to have a tracking number showing delivery. So someone else has the shoes and I paid for them. Will NEVER order from them again. No customer service. Update: your reply is ridiculous. Where did you deliver the package? Not to my house. I have a ring camera doorbell. Nothing was delivered. Would love for you to say you would like a happy customer and send a replacement, but you don’t seem to be willing to do that. So, your customer service sucks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not order from this company. Ordered 2 pairs of 350, a pair of bubble shoes and a sweatshirt. the two pairs of shoes where way larger than the size I ordered and one of them was called grey on website but when it arrived it was green. I started communication immediately. They did not understand, so they sent another pair of the same shoes. I went back and forth for a month and finally turned in a claim to PP and they said if I returned they would give me the refund. I spent $28 to turn the shoes to China (although their return policy says if their mistake you won't be responsible for shipping) and now they say they will refund less the shipping fee and I didn't pay a shipping fee on the purchase. They called me a liar during the communication. Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Sizes, and colors are misrepresented.

Actually should get no stars but you…
Actually should get no stars but you had to click on one. I finally, after 4 months received the shoes my grandson really wanted, only to realize they are less than half the size he needed. No way to contact the company to return them so I’m stuck with a $65 pair of shoes that fits no one I know. This company sucks, cheats and lies.

Very bad Material
The material is very bad, comes with a funky smell and the size is waaaaaaaaaaay smaller than expected

Hello sir/madam, i checked that you bought a hoodie with $11.99, you can not expect more for a hoodie which is $11.99 , and new clothes often have smell , so I suggest you wash it before wear it .Even though you are purchase from other shopping website , it is possible that the item you buy will not fit you , that's normal, so I suggest you contact customer service when find the size not fit you ,then the problem can be fixed

Sent wrong size but told me it was my…
Sent wrong size but told me it was my fault. Finally offered to send me the correct shoe and me pay for shipping, which I did. Still no shoes in correct size!

Hello sir/madam, you didn't return te wrong size shoes to us and we still sent you another pair of shoes for free,we just asked for a little shipping fee, this is not too much and the size we sent to you is just according to your request ,if it is still not fit you , we feel sorry about it , I can understand , this is disappointing ,but at least we have tried our best to help you, we can still conmmunicate with each other if you like .

I placed an order with the company Oct…
I placed an order with the company Oct 31st and have yet to recieve it. They took the money for the items each time I have contacted them they said it was in shipping at this point I am thinking I will not get it. A hard lesson learned never again would I order from this company. I put my trust in them to send me products that I loved and recieved nothing . This is not how you run a business.
