Incredibly Helpful
After talking with Jim and resolving everything, I'm updating this review. There was a miscommunication around our order, but it was as much my fault as the customer service rep's, as I failed to verify the size of the bypass bulbs being provided after we'd eliminated the plug and play as an option. Not only was Jim incredibly helpful and understanding in resolving everything, he was also very forgiving of the mistake on our end. Would definitely recommend working with these folks, and will gladly do so again in the future

Hi Rhyon - thank you for your constructive feedback, and please accept our apologies if we weren’t clear that the only LED replacement option for your T12 fluorescent tubes is a T8, ballast bypass LED tube. We appreciate your input and will try and communicate this more clearly moving forward.
