Do not buy from this company OEM260645 I ordered a fuel pump for my boat which is broken down ,I emailed this company several times explaining if they don’t have the part to cancel the order and refund me , THIS A SCAM company do not buy anything from them ,they have completely ignored several emails and don’t answer their phone what a way to conduct a business SCAMMERS !!!

I ordered a part but could not confirm that it was the right part, no phone number or anything, the part was 214.00, they charged 69 dollars for shipping. it was the wrong part so they charged me another 69 shipping fee and then a 42 dollar restocking fee for putting it back on the shelf. so out of a 300 order they only credited me back 116.00 dollars, Unfortunately, I would never use OEM parts online ever again. Do yourself a favor and just go to local ford dealership and buy parts. it will cost you the same with all OEM shipping and return fees.

ALERT: today I wrote asking for order cancellation and refund, I got a Fraud Alert from my bank. Someone was using my card in Europe with transactions taking place within a few hours of my request. Is this a coincidence? We'll leave it at that. By the way, requested cancellation after 2 full weeks without response to order inquiries about status of order. Also, left a 1 star review directly on their website and the cosmos ate it.

The site is deceptive and intentionally misleading. The image shows a four pack of plugs. In addition to that I ended up paying $27.45 for one spark plug. The image showed a four pack which would have been a great price. Modern Chevrolet standard Shipping: $16.69 that's ten dollars more than the estimate. Do not waste your time or money with these bait and switch thieves.

Will never buy from this site again. When I placed the order the website said the part would arrive in roughly business days. As 7 business days got closer I had not received a tracking number so I emailed to inquire if the part had shipped. The following day they replied with a tracking number, when I checked the status said the number had been created but was not the possession of USPS. Almost a month later still dont have the part.

Reached out to check if an Acura part was in stock. Response from a dealership connected to this platform for fulfilment (Mike Hale Acura) was yes, it is ready to ship. It was a pleasant surprise as I knew this part was on backorder elsewhere. Ordered within 30 min of receiving their confirmation. No updates on the order of a week and a half. Emailed multiple times, no response. Then an email from Mike Hale Acura stating that this part is on backorder. Zero response from the oempartsonline.com that took this order. Still waiting for order cancelation.

Charged $25.00 for overnight shipping. Called the only contact number I received to ask about the part the next day. They hadn’t shipped and told me to contact oempartsonline for any refund but if you try that, oempartsonline send you straight back to the parts supplier who can’t help you. Go somewhere else if you need parts. These guys suck.

DO NOT PURCHASE! It looks like all parts are not returnable. Read return policy. MY part was unavailable for two months, in the U.S. I emailed them to cancel the part that they could not provide. The part arrived anyway and my cc was billed. Now customer service has ghosted me. They will NOT answer the phone or return calls.
