No part, no customer service
Order was placed September 27, 2026 and still has not shipped on October 5, 2026. I have repeatedly attempted contact with OEM Auto Depot and have received no response. I do not recommend using OEM Auto Depot.

Ordered a filter didnt ship in 2 weeks…
Ordered a filter didnt ship in 2 weeks time. Ordered from somewhere else and requested a cancelation and refund, got ignored and they said there reprocessing the order to ship to me when I requested a refund. Won't do buisness here again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Ordered my part July The 27th
Ordered my part July The 27th, still has not been shipped even though it states that it has had a label created since the 28th. I have contacted them 4 times and still no reply, today is August 21st 2026. Tried to get a refund but I can’t get in touch with them. This item is supposed to be shipped within 24/48 hours. Terrible service, would not recommend if you want your parts
