Hi Rachel, I completely understand the dissatisfaction with your experience and am very sorry 💔 The verification process is very frustrating for millions of users. We do our best to help clients shine ― however, this doesn't always end with a verified account. Instagram has many protocols in place and ultimately, the decision is up to them. Odysius is very diligent about making this known all over our site ― including in our FAQs, Pricing Pages, Checkout Pages and multiple correspondences throughout the process. Hi Daniel, This is actually not true. All companies will absolutely want to retrieve their mail (including legal documents) and will have dedicated personnel for this. When we send certified, it needs to be delivered directly. If there is no one to accept at the location, they would need to pick it up at the carrier’s location.
